Make sure you have a ring camera to see how long they are actually there for since you’re charged by “labor hours”. We were swindled into having 2 cleanings based on contract terms even if they provide terrible service. Twice in a row we had cleaners leave far earlier than scheduled without notifying anyone, leaving us to send video evidence to have our total amount billed corrected when apparently the cleaners are suppose to call and notify you if they left earlier or later. This is not a real cleaning company. You’ll pay $200+ to have someone do a subpar cleaning, there is no going above and beyond, they will not fluff pillows, lift counter top items and wipe under or make a place look neat. They’ll also leave the garbage in your garage for you to take out. It is so sloppy and the home never even smells or feels clean after. I’ve spoken to the manager several times and she assured me “they normally do a better job” but it’s clear to me they have no idea what’s going on. There are far better companies in Tampa that will actually clean your home.

My house sparkled when Barbara worked on it. She went above and beyond in her cleaning. I would be happy for her to be my regular cleaner!

Haley did a fantastic job- she paid attention to detail and was very thorough. She left my house in better shape with her “standard cleaning” than several “deep cleans” I have paid for in the past. She was warm and friendly, handling the interruptions from both of my toddlers with patience and kindness while still maintaining speed and efficiency.

Had my house cleaned and it was very dirty. The 2 that came were like super heroes.. they worked fast and hard. So nice and worked on details.. thanks so much .their boss should be happy and proud to have them.. thanks again to my 2 super heroes.. and then super man came to clean the carpets and they were really bad. But when he was done they looked like new again.. my hats off to him . Fast but the detail was all there. Thanks to everyone there .. great company.. I give you guys not a five star review but a ten star..

I have been using MaidPro for over a year now, and they do a great job of cleaning and being dependably on time. They have responsive customer service via text and phone so I can easily adjust my schedule and give feedback. There was a small broken item (no one's fault!) but they took care of me with a replacement at no charge. Every team member that comes is professional and works hard at their job.

Rarely ever leave bad reviews but I feel as if this was highly unfair. Had MaidPro come and do a move out cleaning. got called for extra time so I had to pay extra. Afterwards I checked on it and the baseboards, walls, behind the toilets, kitchen cabinets and ceiling fans were not cleaned. Let alone there was still dust everywhere in the corners of the walls, and a dirt spot still left on the tile ground. they said they moped but honestly I don’t believe they did much. called back to get another free cleaning. they came out and fixed majority of it. However, the ceiling fans and some baseboards were still left untouched. I called back today and expressed my issues in a very calm manner because I know it wasn’t the person on the phones fault. With that, she explained how there are no reimbursements and wanted to provide a 1 hour free cleaning. This was my first time using MaidPro and for the price of $550 move out cleaning that I still had to do myself. (1500 sqft townhouse) I refuse to use MaidPro again, let alone trust them with a 1 hour free cleaning. Not customer oriented which is very upsetting especially since I had to finish the job out of the 2 different times of their employees being there. 😔

Barbara was lovely! I have been suffering from bad morning sickness unable to clean my home. My husband did his best but needed help. Barbara was efficient and communicated everything as she cleaned each room. She paid attention to detail and the bathroom and kitchen have never looked better! I especially appreciated that she cleaned the stove top for us.

This was my first time using MaidPro and my first time ever having a professional cleaning and I’m beyond impressed! From the very first phone call, the customer service was a 10/10: thorough, communicative, and proactive with updates. My cleaning professional, Blanca, was absolutely amazing. She single-handedly did the work of three people, all while being pleasant, detailed, and efficient. I truly enjoyed her and the entire experience!

I was not happy with many aspects of this service. I was given a window of 11-3 arrival?? I contracted this company because they were insured and bonded and posted a 49 point list of this that were covered. Since the girl left I have been trying to contact then regard in the numerous items that were missed, that is a few hours now and no responds from phone calls left nor e-mails. Maybe because it is a holiday, but no stated on the site , open until 9. I have taken photos of everything that was missed, I would run out of space if I listed them all.

After I contacted Jennifer with my remarks I was reminded that there was a 24 hr guarantee. I was thrilled when two ladies actually arrived Nancy and Luz. I had always been used to two cleaners and that way the time was shorter and with so many medical appt , this was always beneficial. Not only were Nancy and Luz very personal but very professional also. They went over many of the items that add been previously missed. and did a wonderful job. I was very happy with this team. I have requested them for my next appt. and was also give a decent arrival time of 1 hour in the future, not 4, which was unacceptable. Thanks you Nancy and Luz.

This is my first time having someone clean my house and I’m so glad I did it! We try to keep a clean house, but work and life get in the way, and it’s hard to stay on top of it all. Especially the parts that require deep cleaning, or the areas I don’t think to clean (like blinds, windowsills, and baseboards). So I bit the bullet and hired MaidPro to help. The ladies that came out to clean were wonderful! They listened to what were our priorities and gave extra attention to those areas. Jessica came back to complete our second cleaning and she was FANTASTIC! The house feels totally different now. So clean! Thank you, MaidsPro! And thank you, Jessica!
