I was charged with cleaning out my elderly parent's condominium after both passed away so new tenants could move in. Due to their advanced age and declining health, they had only done minor cleaning and from all appearances a full deep clean had not been done in many years. I knew whoever I hired to bring the condominium back to a move in ready appearance was going to have their work cut out for them. MaidPro Tampa was hired to do a move out/move in clean. They had the appointment scheduled in a matter of days and sent three amazing employees, Ana, Kaylen and Yainiel. To my amazement, these three not only had the condominium sparkling clean top to bottom, but it was also done in a matter of 4-5 hours. I highly recommend MaidPro Tampa for any of your heavy-duty cleaning needs, and if you're fortunate enough to have Ana, Kaylen or Yainiel work on your project, you won't be disappointed.

I hired MaidPro to clean after Hurricane Helene and a recent renovation, and Lyell, Amelia, and Delani did an outstanding job. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every surface, tackling both the storm aftermath and the renovation dust with ease. Chani, Rionna, Matthew cleaned my house spotless and efficiently! It was my first time having this team and they'll for sure be my preference. They had no problem with going the extra mile and cleaning up my toddlers disastrous room. Christmas Eve and still came with a smile and laughs.

We've been using them for a couple of years now. The experience overall has been great. We had a cleaning the other day when we were on holiday and came home to a spotless house. Rachel was our cleaner and she went the extra mile. I felt compiled to write this review because she did so well. She even made those origami paper towels that you get from fancy hotels. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE: They quote you a very short time upfront (still overcharge for that time) then call you halfway through it requesting 3x the time. After inspecting everything will still dirty in the areas they allegedly cleaned. When I spoke with Juley the “general manager” to try and resolve the issue she insinuated I was poor for not wanting to over pay to clean my house, argued and name called. I wanted to meet in the middle and come to a resolution but Juley continued to resort to name calling.
