I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company! Dylan was so helpful booking a move out clean when my other cleaner cancelled last minute. He was able to get us in the next day and then everything went wrong with movers and junk removal. He did everything possible to get my cleaning rescheduled before the inspection the next morning. They really came to the rescue during a very chaotic time and I cannot thank them enough. The communication was excellent and the ladies did an incredible job. I wasn’t able to be at the property due to my schedule but because of the clear and consistent communication, I could have a sense of relief that everything was being taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for cleaning services and once we get settled, I plan on using them for monthly services. 10/10.

I was excited for this place due to reviews but of course the cleaners came and 1) barely spoke any English so it was very difficult to explain the job 2) they took a ridiculous long time to clean one floor of a house, 2 bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom. They DAMAGED MY KITCHEN ISLAND, left all counters dirty, left some of my dishes dirty (so gross), did not clean the windows as agreed in my contract, did not fully my hardwood floors (I requested a deep clean/post construction clean and Dylan agreed they can do this) -- AND one plastic divider from my new refrigerator is missing. (Photos below, which I sent Dylan immediately). Unbelievable. I was offered 50% “discount” because of the damage and now the manager/owner Dylan is accusing me indirectly that his workers would not damage/take some part of my refrigerator. I’m sorry but I’m busy to accuse workers for a small piece of plastic - maybe you should tell your customers “I’ll check with my workers what happened and get back to you.” So you damage my home, leave a lot of dirt, and then give me the hassle of back and forth of so many calls and still think this is ok for a “50%” so called discount? Really?

I’ve been going back and forth with Dylan and now he’s not returning my calls and automatically today has charged me for the job without letting me know when my island damage will be fixed. Will be reporting them to BBB and already reported him elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

Glenda was professional, very kind, thorough, and made sure we were satisfied before leaving even providing education on how to best maintain certain areas. We were grateful for her last minute availability at a rate that does not compare to other companies we sought quotes from. She prioritized the areas we requested a special focus on and even went a step further with the time remaining. We would definitely reach out again

Coming home to a detailed cleaning is such a joy. Our house smelled fantastic and clean. No streaks on our mirrors or on our floors. They even folded our toilet paper in the bathroom.

Called lightning Cleaning in the morning and by early afternoon cleaners were at my home and did a great job!! Tony and his wife did an amazing job and were incredibly personable! They were quick, efficient, and thorough! I will definitely be using them again and requesting the same cleaners!

The clean went wonderful and he was very through. Even my blinds which haven’t been white since we moved out were sparkling clean when I came back to the apartment to see. Would recommend the to clean your place before moving out, just wish prices weren’t as high but totally understand why.

Lightning cleaning did a great job, we hired them to do a move-in post construction cleaning at our new bridal boutique location. They were prompt and very thorough, they even came back to help remove some paint spots from the floor that they didn’t have the right tools for the first time. We ended up booking with them for monthly cleanings as well! Dylan, the owner was easy to contact and communicate with as well. Definitely recommend!

I called lightning cleaning Tampa last minute on a Saturday late afternoon and they were so amazing to get me scheduled for next day. Emma and Marcelo did an excellent job cleaning the entire house. They were very meticulous getting in the tiny little areas that most cleaning crews would avoid. They took their time and were very attentive to detail cleaning the areas we emphasized. We will definitely be using them and totally recommend them for any of your cleaning needs

Absolutely can’t say enough good things about lightning cleaners. The townhome they cleaned for me was cleaner than when we moved in!!! Eni and Cesia specifically absolutely did the best job.
