Paid for deep clean and didn’t get deep clean. Kitchen floor was not deeply cleaned at all. Would not hire again. Lesson learned. Hilla and her friend didn’t do their job. Period.

The cleaning lady came in, began to sweep up in the kitchen area, and accidentally hit one of the buttons on my oven. A glass cake pan was on my oven an cracked as a result. When I made the company aware of the accident, they gave me a hard time before finally agreeing to pay for it. I didnt even want them to pay for it, I just wanted them to be aware of it. But after all of their denial, I will never waste my time with them again.

Tip Top Maid Service did an excellent job cleaning my home. They were punctual, professional, very thorough, and trustworthy. I absolutely recommend using them.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with, sent someone 4 hours later than agreed time, did counters after doing floors among other things for an overall poor quality of cleaning, and on top of that customer satisfaction and service is non existent. They tried to blame me saying I am trying not to pay them when I brought the many issues to their attention! (I sent them 139$ for a 500sq ft apartment.) Completely overpriced for the worst clean I have ever recieved!

Hila is personable and professional. Her prices are good and even more importantly, she and her crew do a superb job of cleaning. Had a leak in my home which required mold remediation and then renovation. The renovation went on for over 6 weeks ... so you can inagine the dust AND dirt. Immediately after Hilda was done cleaning, literally from ceiling to the walls to the floor and every thing in between, I felt at home again. It was remarkably clean. I would highly recommend Tip Top Cleaning!

First time trying Tip-Top maids and they were awesome. They make communicating really easy through text. The cleaner they sent out really worked hard I was extremely impressed. I signed up for another cleaning right afterward and will be using Tip-Top more in the future.
