She arrived before the actual arranged time which for me was incredible! She was the best and got serious immediately. I cherish that she brings her very own provisions and that she was available to my recommendations also. She took as much time as necessary and did not surge through any of the rooms and even moved the COUCH! Much obliged Tip Top Maid Services.

Tip Top Maid Service Company give us amazing and very professional service Super clean and fest. We started using them every week they are available and always show up on time. We not afraid to leave their house alone. I would really recommend them.

I am an active military member that needed a cleaning service to fully clean our house so it could be listed for sale after we finished renovating it. Because of my deployment, I wasn’t able to inspect the property to ensure it was fully clean as they had confirmed they would do. According to one of my family members that checked the house afterwards, mirrors weren’t clean and only one window seemed to have been cleaned. There was still dust on some horizontals and the cleaning performed by them seemed to have been only vacuuming, some dusting and mopping. Although their services were very reasonable ($129) and it made me wonder if the quality was there, I decided to hire them and trust their word as they said that their standard cleaning service package would cover what we needed. If you hire them, ensure that your expectations match the companies for standards of cleaning. As a positive note, Hila, the owner, worked with me to schedule the cleaning before listing the house, which I appreciate. Although the owner offered me two hours of free cleaning services, I wasn’t able to use it because the house is already cleaned and I had to pay another company to complete the work previously hired. Maybe the appropriate action for customer service satisfaction should have been a partial refund, but that option was not offered.

It was nice to converse with Tip Top Maid Services on the telephone. Gave us a decent cost for a full spotless of the flat start to finish. Extremely accommodating in clarifying precisely what administrations were secured and ensuring we got what we required.

The cleaners arrived a couple of minutes EARLY and completed a fabulous activity. The loft looks stunning and smells astonishing. The items they utilized were all regular so my puppy could meander indiscriminately and sniff around amid the clean.

They are amazing! The quality of their cleaning is beyond impressive and they use the best cleaning agents and equipment to get to the amazing results they have!!!! Another point that I would like to make is that their workers were all very nice and accommodating. They worked thoroughly and quickly -this is my first time seeing a cleaning service that was such high quality with their service, pricing and results. I highly recommend.

We contacted Tip Top Maid Service to do a move-out cleaning service and the two amazing staff members did an incredible job preparing our house for the final walk-through. Our house definitely needed some love after six years of living there, but it looked pretty darn good after cleaning services. Thank you again! :)

Tip Top Maid was recommended to us by another cleaning service provider we had used before. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. The only thing we didn’t like was that they would not clean our refrigerator. They stated that they don’t do refrigerators. We called them back on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate us. I was very happy with their service.

No call/no show. Called multiple times. Was told car trouble. Was told she would come at 6pm instead of 12:30pm per our scheduled agreement. Came late to that. Showed up at 6:30pm, rushed the cleaning where I had to go back over counter tops and floors. Left rugs and belongings is disarray. Nothing was put back in the right spot. Used strong bleach smelling cleaners when I was told she wouldn’t because of my 6 months old. Was told too to bottom clean and that wasn’t done. She didn’t even clean or vacuum a room or ask to go into it to clean. I will
Never use this service and would highly not recommend. The owner didn’t make me pay for the cleaning because it was such a bad experience but still wanted to share how it all went down. Not a big fan of the owner as well. She is a bit unprofessional and pushy. Also told me if I would have had the cleaning the day before, it would have been a better experience since it wasn’t as busy on a Thursday. I really don’t think so. I set this cleaning up weeks in advance.

Update: After leaving a bad review, I was called by the lady that set everything up which I assume is the owner harassing me because I left a bad review. She is SUPER unprofessional and I had to block her number after I hung up on her for yelling at me. Moral of the story, Stay far away from this company.

Another update a year later. Got a notification that the company responded to my review saying I had the wrong company. I have left a bad review and the lady called me acknowledging the bad review that I had left on the Google platform, she now then posts that I was never on the schedule and I have the wrong company. Lies, all lies. You confirmed I had the right company after you called screaming at me for leaving a bad review and hoping I wouldn’t because you didn’t charge me for the cleaning. I see others have had same issues. Don’t lie, admit your mistakes and do better.

A few weeks back I got my house cleaned. When I booked for the services. There wasn't a form of payment, so i had to call and get that situated. So, the day that someone was suppose to come out Noone showed up, until I called asking if someone was still coming. She sent some one, and when they arrived they had no cleaning supplies. I spoke to her about it and she offered for them to leave and come back with their own things, however they were already there. The maid had to utilize my personal cleaning supplies to clean my house. I understand your business your price. But to send one person for a deep clean for a minimum of 2 hours and charge for an additional hour, and they did not come prepared is not the best of customer service. After she was done cleaning you think she would have put my cleaning supplies she used back in its place. NO! Instead she just left. She did a decent job. However, I personally wouldn't use them again.

My home has never looked this good, EVER and the charm of the owners of this business is so appreciated, they are so friendly and I trust them with my life! Cannot beat the pricing either! 10/10!

I have fought against the idea of hiring a cleaning service for YEARS! The idea of having people I don't know in my home has just been too much.

But SO MANY of my friends have been raving about these people lately that I had to finally give in at least ONCE, and I'm SO GLAD that I did! My goodness I have been wasting so much of my time cleaning when TPA could have been doing it for me, lol! Especially my bathrooms, it's like someone snuck in a model home while I was gone. I hate cleaning behind the toilet, it's such a pain, and it's so clean now!

I was very unsure about having people I didn't know in my home, but they're honestly wonderful and I feel like we'd be friends if we had just met somewhere. They're super down to earth and friendly, and also really fast and on the ball about knocking out cleaning my home, all my worries are GONE. I'm a superfan and surprised to be saying that with how much I refused to hire a cleaning service for so long!!

I seriously consider myself a clean freak and holy cow, I realize I have been a slob without realizing it, haha! My house is so squeaky clean!
