I was moving into my new condo and it was in pretty rough shape. I spoke with one of their managers Jon and he was able to get me same day immediate service and they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend this company.

Horrible experience.
1st time booking. They are no call/no show.
When I checked the dashboard, the appt was canceled. There is no cancellation email.

Also, I was charged TWICE and my home was not cleaned.

Avoid at all cost!

I just saw the response from the owner below. I DID contact you. If you had read the entire review, you would have seen that I did. After the girl came and I had cleaned the fan, I never heard another word from you.

I hired Pro Housekeepers because I have had two major spinal surgeries in the past two years, the second, just three months ago and my house has been neglected because of not being able to get to the harder areas. I spoke (Facebook messenger) with a member of the company, off and on, for about three or four weeks before I booked.
I will start off by saying that the two young ladies who came were very nice and my house does look very nice. What they did, was very good for the most part. My problem is what they didn't do, that I paid for. I booked the five bedroom with deep clean and also added the extra for pets and an extra bathroom (package only includes two bathrooms).
Below is what is listed that comes with the deep clean and what wasn't completed is in caps.
As I said, these things have been neglected but my house is not a pigsty. The things that they cleaned do look nice but I did pay extra.
I did sign off because when the one young lady asked me to sign the paper I asked her if I needed to go check everything and she said I just needed to sign. (My bad). I did ask them if they got all of the ceiling fans and they said yes. I discovered the first thing when I went to open the window in master bedroom. I saw that the window sill has not even been dusted as well as the blinds, had not been touched. That is when I started checking other things.
After I found everything, I emailed, and called then I discovered the ceiling fan and light fixtures in the main areas in the house. I then sent the pictures below to the person I had been communicating with on Facebook Messenger. One of the women called me back a couple of hours later. She told me that they would come back today but couldn't until 3 PM. I told her that my first guest would be arriving around that time and she said that she would try to come earlier. By 3 PM I had not heard from her and knew my guest was close so I went ahead and cleaned the fans and light fixtures myself, as well as I could. The young lady showed up at about 3:30 and I just told her that I had already done it myself.
I think the main issue here was lack of communication. One on my part for not wanting to have to check them like they were children, not to mention, not being able, at the time, to do a walk through, but mostly, I do not think they knew that I had booked a "deep cleaning".

DEEP CLEANING
Ceiling fan blades (washed) PARTIALLY DONE AFTER i SAW ONE THAT WAS NOT DONE. THEY FAILED TO CLEAN THE ONE IN MY LIVING ROOM. PICTURE BELOW.
Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed) NOT DONE AT ALL
Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or washed) Mini -Blinds (dusted and washed) ONLY ONE SMALL BLIND IN ONE BATHROOM WAS CLEANED. OTHERS WERE NOT TOUCHED.
Moldings, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped) NOT DONE
Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture) PARTIALLY DONE IN ONE HALLWAY
Lamp and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
Pictures and knick-knacks (hand wiped) PARTIALLY DONE (I DO HAVE MANY PICTURES)
Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs and or vacuumed)
Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed
All Cabinet fronts cleaned
All doors (washed) TWO SLIDERS WERE DONE BUT NOT ALL WERE WASHED
Light switch plates (washed)
Countertops and backsplashes (washed)
Mirrors (Windexed all the way to top*)
Tub / Shower tiles (double scrubbed if build up) I HAVE THREE BATHROOMS. THE ONLY ONE WITH A BATHTUB, THE TUB WAS NOT CLEANED. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY GRANDSON'S TOY AND THE PLUG WERE IN THE SAME SPOT AS THEY WERE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THE TUB WAS DRY.
Wastebaskets (emptied / washed/relined)
Beds made (includes master and any additional beds)
Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped includes closets) MOST WERE VACUUMED BUT NOT ALL MOPPED

When I stayed at my friend's apartment in Tampa, it was a mess! I had to help him out by hiring a cleaning company to come and give the place a make over. What a great job PRO Housekeepers did! They were affordable, fast, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I rented an air BNB place when I was in Tampa for a family wedding. We wanted to get the house cleaned professionally so we would not have to touch a thing before we left. PRO did a great job for a decent price and the owners said the house looked better than when they left. Good service

I came to know about Pro Housekeepers through my colleague. When we're talking about House cleaning service he gave this contact. I am glad I found this. The next day I called them to book an appointment, The staff who picked up the phone talked politely and she helped us to book the appointment early. The cleaners showed up on time and the job was well done. I would recommend!

Paid $480 for a deep clean of a house of 900sqf the couple who came didn’t speak English, but did a great job and were very kind. Wish the company would include cleaning of the walls and dishes. Overall I would recommend them to others.

Their house cleaners will come to your home and clean it thoroughly. They will also take care of all the necessary things like vacuuming, dusting and mopping, which would be done in your spare time. They will also wash the clothes and do laundry if you need that service done.

This company is a SCAM. Told me it would be $150 for 3 hours of deep cleaning for COVID and charged me an additional $243 after maid left. Only cleaned 2 bathrooms and kitchen area - no bedrooms. The maid they sent appeared to be on drugs and kept going outside to smoke and kept saying “my boss played me!” She had no idea that we wanted a deep clean for covid. This is also after the company had to reschedule on me twice. Do yourself a favor and do not book!

Update: Leaving original review but gave them one more star for partial resolution. After contacting them on Facebook they refunded me $200.00. Will not be booking again but thankful they have a better customer service team in place.

Our family rented a home in St Petersburg Florida's old northeast neighborhood. My wife would not stay in the home because the owner does not clean at all. We called pro housekeepers on Monday night they sent an amazing crew Tuesday afternoon. We were disgusted when we saw the amount of filth that was in the home.

This crew did an amazing job, vents were cleaned, bathrooms, under beds, behind furniture. I wish we had a serious have like this it's new Jersey

Jennifer and her staff are amazing! Have been using them for about 2 months for weekly cleaning of my 4 bedroom home. The quality of their work is always above expectations and my guests (friends and family) always ask what my secret is to keeping such a clean home. I suggest anyone looking for a stellar cleaning service to give them a try. Oh, and every time I get a cleaning 10% goes to a local charity. Can't beat that!

Can not say enough good things about this company. Very professional and extremely efficient. I needed the house clean because I had a large amount of family coming over from out of state so I called pro housekeepers, best decision ever. The workers were super nice and left the house spotless. I wouldn't place my money with any other company when it comes to cleaning, will definitely call again.

Scheduled service in Tampa Florida for move in cleaning however was charged twice $338 on credit card minutes apart. Called company and they assured it will be refunded. Over a week later and still no refund. No ability to get in contact with anyone who cares. Would be happy to get the service if they corrected this.

UDPATE: It gets worse!! Credit for double charge received July 29 good... however received a call July 29 that "operations team" changed their mind and they just figured out square footage and need me to pay MORE money after they were explicitly told square footage at time of booking WEEKS ago and charged my card. This is total incompetence I have never had such horrible service by any company.
