I used Magnolia Cleaning for a couple of years, they did a good job cleaning till about a month or two before we decided to move to a different company. In the summer of 2023, the Magnolia crew was taking less time to clean, and we saw the change, areas that use to be clean were being missed.

I hired Magnolia cleaning services as I was looking for a service to clean my house. Scheduling was a breeze, when I called the lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. My service was scheduled quickly. My house has never been cleaner. I’m so happy I called and scheduled a cleaning. Happy customer!

I highly recommend Magnolia Cleaning. My first contact with Ana was outstanding. She took the time to speak with me by phone in order to ensure that they were able to meet my needs the day of cleaning. She knows her stuff and is a pleasure to communicate with. She took a ton of notes regarding what I liked an do not like. It was also obvious that she communicated those notes with her team. Now to the day of cleaning - Monica and Jay are true professionals. Their work is worth the price and more. I’m very happy that I’ve finally found "my girls". Very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. I also felt very comfortable having them in my home which is not always the case and in itself is priceless. Thank you ladies!

Excellent service and on time as scheduled. We used this service for more than 1 year and had to discontinue as we moved out of their service area. We liked their reliability and had no complaints at any time. You could smell the cleanliness with their service. We wish them all the best.

We did a deep clean after remodeling. Ana was the team leader. Lydia cleaned the kitchen including ovens and fridges. Emerald cleaned our 4.5 bathrooms. Caitlin did the low dusting and Antonella did the high dusting. Our home is over 5000 square feet. The ladies did an excellent job. They worked together as a well oiled machine. They completed the clean in 4 hours. We will have them back every 2 weeks. Our house has never been the clean. The ladies were professional and hard working.

This is a very high quality, tho not particularly budget conscious, cleaning service. They are worth it. They are dependable and do excellent work. Lydia, Caitlin, Antonella and Emerald were here last month and Caitlin, Lydia, Antonella and Emerald were back again two weeks ago (we do bi weekly cleaning). Even if you don’t always get the same team you always get quality people at your designated day and time…never any no shows, even if the owner herself has to show up and be one of the cleaners! I love the dependability and the sense of trust and comfort (lack of worry) they provide, I’ve never met a company like them, but they are family owned and that is such a rarity these days.

If zero was an option... Requested 3/2 house move out & deep clean and long story short spent an hour hand cleaning closet doors, laundry door etc MYSELF, with the only cleaning tools I could find...face mask and water. Many things went wrong from the actual cleaning to the rude operator on the phone. Oh, and they were late to show up, which I paid for as well. They offered a 30$ discount, which I obviously declined because that's not what this is about. I recommend choosing literally anyone else for a cleaning.

I scheduled a cleaning for tomorrow for the price they quoted me.
30 min after giving them my credit card number the price went up 40$ which I agreed to.
At 6 pm I was contacted by them again to let me know the price went up another 90$.
At this point I just cancelled service.
They knew I will not be able to get another cleaning company at this time at such a short notice.
