The cleaners were on time and ready to go! They were very professional and friendly, even took their shoes off on the carpet, and knew just how to tackle my move-in house needs. They sanitized the entire house and even explained the non-acidic products that they used. Upon finishing, they walked me through the entire house to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Two Maids Tampa for any house cleaning needs. Absolutely will use them again!

I came across two maids on google while searching for a house cleaning service and I am so glad I did. Mari who came to my house was professional, friendly and cleaned every detail of the house so well .The products used are not toxic or damaging . I am so happy and satisfied with the service and I highly recommend Two maids to friends and acquaintances because I know they will be as happy with their wonderful staff and services as I have been. Do yourself a favor, ask for Mari , Two maids and you will love the service as much as I do.

This was our first experience with Two Maids and it was absolutely fantastic! The office people were very professional, the office manager (William) was flexible in making things fit our need, and our cleaning crew of Ebony and Brooklyn was outstanding! The ladies were professional, on time, and did an absolutely stellar job! I would highly recommend Ebony and Brooklyn, as well as Two Maids, should you be in need of any type of cleaning service.

Two Maids was highly recommended to me by the realtor team helping to sell my home in Tampa. I scheduled a move-out cleaning and they were able to work me in within a few days - great customer service on the set up side of things, professional and friendly.

I am incredibly disappointed about the quality of the job performed. The floors were left with dirt and grime on the tile - I was able to wipe a dry paper towel and lift dirt so I know for a fact this was not mopped or vacuumed. Toilet was not cleaned. I called and sent an email inquiry to ask about standards for cleaning, both of which have gone unanswered. For the price point of this service, I would expect a much higher level of cleanliness. I wish I had a more positive review to give.

Hired them to do a deep clean of an empty house. They promised top to bottom clean.
This was an empty house so they had free range to get to everything. The baseboards were not touched as agreed. There was old cereal on the kitchen floor. Grime around toilets and light switches. Ceiling fans left duty. Floors looking unswept or mopped. Like I guess they just hung out inside for a hour for fun?. Not worth the price which was $500

Ebony and Brooklyn were amazing! They texted us 15 min ahead of time to let us know they were on their way and arrived with smiles and all of their cleaning supplies. We had an extremely difficult cleaning situation that many would have run from, but they took time and care in cleaning every inch of our space. They were attentive to all of the details and when they came across something on our blinds that simply could not be cleaned to their satisfaction after trying different products and methods, they let us know. Their price was reasonable and competitive for the job and they were polite and responsive to all of our requests. I would recommend them to friends and family and we are considering hiring them for more regular weekly/monthly service. Thank you, Ebony and Brooklyn!

Both Pamela and Amber were thorough and efficient. I appreciated Pamela’s thoughtfulness in helping deep clean and organize areas of my house that have been overlooked. Amber was meticulous with her cleaning and left each room in a spotless and tidy way. Two Maids— particularly Amber and Pamela— will be hired again in the future due to their professionalism and end product. Five stars!!

Two maids always leaves me happy after they clean my house! Ebony and Brooklynn are AWESOME and are always super accommodating. They do a great job cleaning my house every time. Their admin/customer service is always so easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!

So I had a pleasant experience for the first service, girls were nice, don’t want to take away from that. However you have to be really specific with what you really want cleaned. My house got serviced 2 more times (last 2 against my will because they said I didn’t cancel in time and they were going to charge me anyway. It was a whole ordeal.

I told them tabletops and counters dusted mattered, so then showers were left not cleaned. I unfortunately had a bad experience trying to leave this company. I called to cancel and they said I wasn’t within the 48 hour cancellation (even though it was two days before) and left it. Then 2 weeks later, someone rang my doorbell again! Without notice and when I answered they said they were scheduled to service my house.

Not okay

I called and told a women that I had cancelled 2 weeks prior and they said they had no record, and if I cancelled that day I was going to get charged for the cleaning.

Literally hands tied behind my back to pay for a service I didn’t want. The woman (different woman) didn’t even do a good job. There was still dust and hair (we have a pup) on the floor, countertops and tabletops not wiped.

Not worth it to be honest. Will be using another service moving forward

Had my first cleaning today and was nervous starting a new service. I can tell you Mika and Rachael were great! Very welcoming and friendly from the moment I opened the door. I was asked what mattered most to me and felt like they followed through 🙌🏼

I was working from home while they cleaned and heard a little bit from the patio, I can tell they love what they do and have a great time.

Also, they were great with my pets (have a cat and a barking puppy) - handled them like pros, a huge plus.

The staff at Two Maids and a Mop have been a pleasure to work with. They are professional, punctual and thorough. Ebony and Brooklyn are the best and have done a phenomenal job each time they have cleaned my home. Thank you for the quality customer service and peace of mind you’ve provided my family. Arrival was prompt and workers were friendly and easy to work with. Some areas of the home were very well done, others not so much. Vacuuming was not done under some of the furniture, baseboards were not cleaned, alot of shoe marks after mopping.

I hired two maids to clean my condo before photos for my listing. I left the house, and when I returned the job was done so poorly I thought they were on lunch break and coming back. I reached out to the merchant and they offered to send someone the next day to "verify". Obviously this did not work for me as I had a photographer coming. Even though I sent many pictures and even offered to facetime them to show them the issues they acted like I was making it all up. For 300 dollars for a 700 sq ft condo I would expect they would at least vacuum but there was dust and debris still all over. Terrible customer service. Do not hire these people.

I paid a steep price ($600) for deep cleaning and definitely did not get my moneys worth. The stove top was not even touched. Mirrors had untouched dust as well as light fixtures and window blinds.. The best I can say about the service is it was good if it were only weekly cleaning. I could not be more disappointed. I’ve never hired anyone to clean my home but suffered a compound fracture and I’m currently in an external fixator (rods screwed into my leg) and need help preparing for Christmas. This was money wasted.

Most unprofessional, inadequate, sloppy company I’ve ever used. I paid for a two hour service for my 700sqft. apartment and stepped down the hall to give them the space to clean. They said they’d call me when they were almost done. I hadn’t received a call back. I went back into my apartment an hour or so into the service and they were gone. I came home to a dirty tub, unswept floors and a sloppy service altogether. Mind you not, my place was very organized. It was just a matter of cleaning the basics. I’m extremely disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM.

The worst maid service I have experienced. Did not clean the shower and there was still residue in the sides of both tubs. They did not have a vacuum and used an old broom to try and sweep the whole house including rugs. There was dirt all over the floor still. Didn’t take trash out of one room. Didn’t dust tv stand. Would not provide a refund! I suggest using a different company.

This is probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. If you need proof, take a look at how the owner responds to others who have submitted a bad review, just completely unprofessional.

It did not look like any cleaning was done, (normally a piece of paper is left behind), so when I asked for proof of cleaning being done, they came back and said I needed to provide proof of the what was not cleaned. Well as you can see from the pictures, either they never cleaned the property or they are the worst cleaners ever.

Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this fraudulent business.
