STAY AWAY UNLESS you enjoy being ripped off! I hired two maids Tampa to do a deep cleaning service at my property. In order to make it easy for them, I elected to have the home professionally cleaned beforehand so that they could only focus on the items listed in the deep cleaning service. However, I immediately knew that it was a bad sign when they completed a 3200 sq foot house in just 2.5 hours. I would have expected closer to 7-8 hours. I arrived after their departure and my suspicions were confirmed. This is the biggest ripoff ever and they charged my card for more than the agreed upon price.

Very frustrating experience overall.

I've used two maids and a mop a grand total of 3 visits.

The first visit I ordered a deep clean service. Itn was amazing. Everything that needed to be done was done. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and it was spotless when I came back home. I was like great. I have found the perfect service.

Unfortunately it was all downhill from there.

The second service was disappointing. I ordered a design with time as I noticed they performed the deep clean within 1 hour. I explicitly asked if they could make folding my clothes a priority. They failed to do it at all but the other services they provided was acceptable (not as good as the first time but it was OK)

The third visit was atrocious. I ordered a deep clean again to ensure that they would take their time and clean up everything. I also explicitly asked them to perform several services and to make it a priority (clean the bathroom, fold the clothes etc). I paid over 200 dollars for this service. The pictures below was after the service. I will let them speak for itself. If you're looking for a subpar cleaning service this is the place for you. If you're looking for something great find another company

I started using their housekeeping services almost a year ago and there hasn't been a single time that i was disappointed. Sandra is always on-time, friendly, and consistently thorough in her housekeeping services. I am extremely pleased with her and the nanagement - always accomodating.

Had Two maids come for a move out cleaning and they did an absolutely amazing job, place looks ready for a new resident to move in ASAP! So happy to have selected this team to take care of this. Extremely punctual and efficient, got stains out that we have been fighting for over a year. Will be enlisting the team to help with a more regular clean at our new place. Booking was easy and quick we were able to get our preferred date with no issues and got frequent email and text updates confirming the appointment.

Paid for the Move in/out service was quoted 259$
I don’t really mind how expensive the service is as long as they do a great job. But was disappointed when I came to check they still miss few spots like they were in a rush. See pics for yourself. They also advertise that they would get in contact with the property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive our full security deposit, but clearly I don’t think they did. Apartment was still cleaned and smelled good but for the price they ask for I would not recommend them and look somewhere else.

** Before I posted here on google I made sure to directly tell them my concerns first. They said they would call but they did not. I’m not sure they care that much with their client satisfaction as long they’re already paid**

Sandra and Dayanis did a move out clean for me today. They did an EXCELLENT job! I highly recomment 2 Maids and especially Sandra and Dayanis. Ask for them by name!

Horrible service. The cleaner wiped down my white furniture with a dirty rag. The cleaner made no beds, went across tile floors but did no scrubbing. Items were still left on the white cabinets. Contacted the company and they refused refused to call me back or respond to any of my calls. I would not recommend this company. Terrible maid service and ever more terrible customer service.

My quality of life has improved since having Two Maids come biweekly to my home for the last 18 months. Pam has become an extended family member. She takes great care in her work and of of our belongings. She always has such a friendly and kind demeanor and our dogs love seeing her. With a busy household we are thankful to have this luxury every other week.

Very easy to work with and fast service. I love these people! Would highly recommend.

All the cleaners are amazing but Weak company chris is a extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to my wife , would not recommend to clean anybody’s house

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Made a booking for recurring cleaning and was cancelled two days prior to cleaning with no legit explanation. Why have your services available if you are unable to commit. This is unacceptable. I will not recommend this cleaning service to anyone.

Fantastic first experience with housekeeping services. Maegan, Gisela and Micha treated our home as their own. Well organized company and service exceeded expectations!

I’ve been through a couple house cleaning services but magnolia cleaning service is by far the best. Arunee and Kayla are very Courteous and friendly they did a great job cleaning

I watched every time as they would “dust” off the desk or table without ever moving a single thing. There was one woman who was here almost every time and I would give her a 10/10. Everyone else who came through was unprofessional and mostly useless. Unless you stand over them asking them to do something do not expect great results. How do you wipe off a table and not bother to move a candle?

Adrianna, Patience and Emerald were awesome. they stayed late and took care of everything that needed to be done today and did an excellent job.

Taylor, Gisele, Hiaylie, and Heather did a good job cleaning our home. They were efficient and respected our requests.

I highly recommend Magnolia Cleaning Service.. they do a fantastic job, they are very organized and they are super nice. Ana is WONDERFUL!! She explains everything in detail with a sweet demeanor!!
