Magnolia Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home bi-weekly for over 2 years. They are on time, professional and do an excellent job. First of all I was thoroughly impressed just from the initial phone consultation with Ana. She took so much time going over every detail of what t her company does as well as asking me very detailed questions about my needs and expectations in a house cleaning service. She took notes and sent me a checklist of everything we discussed that I needed and wanted done. This being my first time speaking to her and dealing with Magnolia, I was waiting for the "catch" because it all sounded too good to be true. Let me just say...the team arrived on time, were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. It wasn't just too good to be true....it was SO much better than I could have ever expected!
Hope, Illy, Meagan, and Cody were not just amazing, they were the absolute best.. I was shocked to walk into my house after they were finished with the deep clean to find not one speck of dust and no more cat hair! I thought they had painted my kitchen cabinet doors they were so clean, something I have tried to do myself and have had no success in doing. They really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Magnolia Cleaning Service and this team of professionals. This is a family owned business who really knows how to get the job done right and treat their customers like they would their family or friends. I will be continuing service on a regular basis with this awesome company and I suggest you do to if you want to be wowed.. their fees are reasonable for the service they provide and In my opinion you definitely get so much more than you pay for...peace of mind, hard work, efficiency and a spotless home!

This was my first professional cleaning service. After having a baby I just didn't have time to do the standard cleaning around the house. I decided to give Magnolia Cleaning Service a try after my neighbor told me how great they were. I'm beyond impressed and satisfied with the job they did cleaning my house. Hope, Ili, Maegan and Anjelica did a fantastic job and were all very professional and super nice. I highly recommend Magnolia Cleaning Service for any of your cleaning needs. You will not be disappointed.

Magnolia cleaners impresses us every time they come out. We use this wonderful service on a monthly basis, and they never disappoint. This week's team, Maegan, Taylor, Elena and Gisela came through like cleaning Ninja's and left the house spotless, as usual. We are in the middle of a bathroom renovation and the team made sure the rest of the house was flawless. We have a huge cast iron cooktop and they always that the time to make if look perfect, too.

This experience was horrible. My home is well cared for and easy to clean. So cleaners think they can get away with saying they cleaned when they didn't. So after speaking with Ana multiple times about my concerns and how I have not been able to find a reliable and honest cleaning company that actually does the work they say they do, I thought for sure I finally found a good cleaning company that takes pride in their work. She assured me that her cleaners were excellent, well trained, and that she is an honest company that was founded on honesty and integrity exactly for this reason. Sure enough, after purposely placing certain "markers and dirt spots" so that we would know if the items were actually cleaned or not, the items they listed as being cleaned were absolutely not! It was obvious that our purposely placed dirt and dust spots were not ever touched. They flat out lied about the cleaning they did. It was so obvious they did not dust the top of our fridge, or vacuum and mop the floors, or dust my daughters bedroom. CONSUMERS BEWARE: I am finding this with multiple cleaners!! They list the cleaning that was done - but always, always check their work! In my experience, cleaners are charging high rates and not actually doing what they say they are. And getting away with it! Including Magnolia Cleaners. So sad.

Hope, Kayla and Ili were great. House was absolutely clean everywhere and they are so friendly and professional. This was my first cleaning with Magnolia and Ana spent 30 - 40 minutes of her time answering my questions and explaining the services. I felt like she really takes care of her team. Really felt comfortable when i met the team and they mentioned how much they love working with Ana. You will not get this type of personal care and attention with big company cleaners.
