I had the pleasure of having my house beautifully cleaned by the new owner of this Orlando franchise. The experience could not have been better. I received a call alerting me they were on their way, they arrived on time and were total professionals. I usually clean my house myself and am very skeptical to try someone new. This company does an outstanding job and are "there to please." I would recommend that you give them a try; its well worth it.

I recently had my house cleaned for the first time by Two Maids & A Mop. I was very impressed and happy with my cleaning. The staff Wes sent to my house did an excellent job. I plan to keep them for monthly service. I'm very picky about cleaning, tried other services and was not happy. This was a job that was done with excellence . UPDATE - I have been using Two Maids and A Mop for more than 6 months now and although things started out rocky, they listened and took notes and now my service is 5 Stars. Their team is now well informed of my preferences and they do an outstanding job cleaning - Very Happy to have them take care of my home! I Highly Recommend!!

Over Charged and won't return calls - having a poor customer experience with calling them multiple times and questions I have never get answered. Have asked for Wes, was told would call me next day - DIdn't Happen! - Called again, then told was out until Monday - seems no one there has any concern for customer service recovery or maintenance. NOT HAPPY, DO NOT RECOMMEND -

UPDATE - Wes did call me back after this posting and it was a positive discussion, with acknowledgement of areas of improvement (listening is best customer service). We came to a positive resolution and I will be posting another review in the next 30 days as I will be continuing their services at this point. Glad to get appropriate resolution and communication. I have REVISED my Rating to 3 and will evaluate the Rating again in 30 days.

7-19.19 UPDATE - This week had my place cleaned again by Two Maids and it was MUCH BETTER! There was attention to detail, full completion of cleaning areas, and more thorough. I am VERY PLEASED to see this Resolved and will be Keeping Their Service. Thank you for listening to my concerns!

We have enjoyed their biweekly premium service for several months now. They are very good; the maids are skilled and well-trained for the most part, work quickly and quietly. They always invite us to check the house before they leave. We especially appreciate their friendly willingness to do whatever is asked, either in addition to the routine or to fill in or repeat something that may have been overlooked. Cleaning day is always a pleasant experience.

We are new customers (just relocated to Clearwater) and are very happy with the service we received from Two Maids and a Mop. They were recommended by a real estate estate professional and I can see why. The office was responsive, described their policies clearly, offered several price points, and treated us as valued customers from our first interaction. The cleaners showed up just as scheduled, were pleasant, professional, and thorough. We are so pleased - two enthusiastic thumbs up!

GREAT experience with 2 Maids! Jenna & Ally were friendly, professional, and most importantly thorough! They did a wonderful job with our condo, getting it ready for our next tenant. This is the best cleaning services I've had so far. I only had two cleanings, but both were impeccable - they delivered what they promised for the amount paid. I do bi-weekly cleaning alternating slightly deeper and light. The price is good compared to other similar services. I also appreciate the follow up. One thing I wish they had is keeping the same crew. Though they mentioned that this may not be possible, I would still prefer to have the same maids for every cleaning. Otherwise, I have to explain what to do (which room to start, how to handle dogs, places to pay attention to) every single time.

I cannot say enough good things about Two Maids. They were very professional and thorough. I definitely couldn’t have done that good of a job of cleaning myself. Thank-you for such a professional service.

Best Christmas gift ever!
Got a deep cleaning as a gift from my parents along with 3 premium maintenance services. So far I have only received the deep cleaning, but what a great gift! Tanya and Katie did a great job, they were very friendly but still very professional. I'm a picky customer, but they were very willing to accommodate my requests. I hope to be able to continue to have these girls provide my services and if the great service continues, I will be using Two Maids & A Mop on an ongoing basis.
PS. I will be asking for the same Christmas gift next year!

I hired Two Maids on a referal from the property manager for a move out clean.

Overall, I was pleased with the service. Since it was a referal, I believe there was a small referal discount.

The service gets an extra two stars for showing up on short notice and for showing up on a busy holiday weekend.

The service loses a star for missing the mop in the bedroom where it appears no attempt was made to clean a minor spill. The service loses a star for missing the ceiling fan blades in all rooms.

Had it not been a short notice holiday weekend with a slight referal discount, I would rate this service average.

Communication was excellent, friendly, and easy to work with. The rest of the cleaning that was done was immaculate; from the fridge to the stove and bathroom, the level of clean is 5 stars. I would recommend if going with this service, make sure to schedule well in advance, try to be there if you can to avoid obvious misses like I had, and be 100% clear on the instructions for getting in if your place was like mine with private gate entrances and no markings.

Just used Two Maids for their "Top to Bottom" service (deep clean). Ebony and Brooklyn were my cleaners. They did an excellent job and were super thorough. They were also very personable. Our house has that "cream puff" look again from when we first built it. Looks brand new!

Filled out the estimate online (I run dog training out of my house), was factual with all the information I can fill out. Amount of dogs at my house can vary. Met the cleaners at the door. Had all the dogs kenneled. Told them to ignore the dogs in the crate they won't bother you. Cleaners did the walk through of the house. They dropped off their stuff in the house (vacuum, a couple bottles of cleaning supplies nothing screamed ***professional cleaning materials***).One girl stated she used to train dogs, then stated they needed to go out to their truck.

Looked out the window and the one lady out of the two person crew was flaring her arms and acting like a child in my driveway for 15 minutes while on the phone with her boss. When they came back in, they stated they weren't going to clean that they were nervous of dogs in crate (mind you the dogs were just laying down in their crate not doing anything, initially barked but after I told them quiet they stopped).

In my opinion, they didn't want to dust and do the work and this crew in particular was just looking for a quick house to clean. They knew what they were getting in to when I filled out the estimate online. Mind you I sweep, dust every day... just wanted a cleaning service to come in and do a deep clean weekly (mop floors, high touch areas, and dust). Unprofessional crew

In response to their comments below... I put an average number of dogs I have in this home since I can't put a set number that would be here every cleaning. Your worker thru a tantrum like a 5 year old in the driveway.. You, the owner, were supposed to call and never did... it explains your quality of work and the type of service you provide... No aggressive dogs, dogs bark, and stopped when I told them too.. They were under perfect control and not bothering anyone in cages... Also there was no pee, fences, etc.. I even told the maid to leave the dogs alone, to clean around the cages. That is when she stated she used to train dogs or whatever (no wonder that didn't pan out). With someone sending out crews, you may want to put a crew that is comfortable with dogs when noted on file that the client has pets... pretty simple, any competent manager would have done so

I was very pleased with my recent Top to Bottom Deep Clean. It was my first visit from Two Maids and a Mop. They showed up on time and jumped right in after a quick tour around the house. They were very thorough and kind. When they were finished, we walked through the house together to make sure everything looked good. I was especially pleased with the bathrooms and kitchen. I’m looking forward to my next cleaning in two weeks!

The initial few cleanings were everything I expected. They showed up on time and did a very thorough cleaning. Then the quality got worse and worse. They stopped wiping down all the counters, washing the dishes, throwing out the trash, dusting the blinds, cleaning the mirrors, etc. They corrected this by sending someone out to finish what wasn't completed and that was followed by a few good cleanings but then it got worse again. The customer service is great with quick responses and a willingness to help with any issues but the overall cleaning aspect is just not up to par. The pricing also seems a little excessive for a 2 bedroom 2 bath but maybe that is standard for this area. I also did not like that a different person came every time so it was hard to trust whoever showed up. I would always collect my valuables and keep them in a bag with me until they left which is not a nice feeling. Finally, they did not always show up on time. Yes, they say that the person will show up at an approximate time, but if you work from home like I do, it's really hard to schedule your day when they show up later or earlier than expected. If you're looking for a mediocre cleaning with great customer service I do recommend them. If you expect an 8/10 or better every single time then this isn't the right company for you.

If I could leave no stars I would. Update: I changed my review from the shining review below because I had the cleaners back yesterday and they left my dog out in my back yard in the middle of summer in Florida with no fresh water! I have a husky, she’s rambunctious but super friendly. I specifically asked the company if they were pet friendly and used to a house full of animals as I have several. They assured me they were. My back door was also
left unlocked. It must have been a different crew this time because the floors were still dirty and they missed the counter in one of my two bathrooms. I might have overlooked the cleaning itself and requested a new crew if they hadn’t made a number of excuses when I called asking about my dog. They had no idea when I was getting home, claimed they called me several times but didn’t leave a voice mail and then tried to assuage me by saying they’d get cleaners more comfortable with dogs. They’ve lost my business forever. If you have pets please don’t hire this company.
Our house is currently under renovation so there’s a lot of work dust and dirt. The cleaners did a great job working with and around the construction as well as all of our pets! My only complaint is that they haphazardly threw my dishes into the dishwasher and I had to reload and wash it all again.

The maids were very polite, swift, and overall did a great job. I just moved into my new home and had the initial 2.5/3 hour cleaning done. I would recommend spending a bit more time on the hardwood and tile floors, but overall very satisfied. I have recurring service schedule and look forward to their next visit! It smelled very clean and looked great.

Ebony and Brooklyn are the 6th team that has cleaned for me in the past 20 years. They not only had their work been the best quality, they are also very friendly and extremely professional! They double check their work, they’re organized and efficient. They are quick yet they don’t miss anything. It shows their experience and professionalism. They’re the only ones we want from Two Maids and a Mop!! I give these ladies 5 stars and they’re a wonderful reflection for the company! They need another 100 of them!

Two Maids was incredibly professional to deal with as I tried to schedule their services around my busy schedule. I had moved into my apartment 6 months before and I still had a lot of things in boxes, or spread into piles of clutter. Two maids came for 3 hours, and my apartment looked brand new and spotless, incredibly worth the reasonable price. It was amazing how much they were able to accomplish in the relatively short duration of time; I came up with a detailed list of what to prioritize until the time ran out (thinking they might at best get through 2/3 of the list), but they finished it all. Will definitely use again.

Ebony and Brooklyn were wonderful! We came home to such a clean, great smelling house! They tackled a hard to clean floor and did a wonderful job with it! Also very nice to talk to and communicative regarding the cleaning. Highly recommend these two!!

We were unhappy with our previous cleaning lady. We shopped around and found that 2 Maids and a Mop were overall the best deal for a long-term use. Their deep cleaning prices are higher but their weekly rates are lower. So over a year period with 2 deep cleans done, the price was cheaper. We had the deep clean done on 12/6/19. Overall they did a great job. There were a few things that we were unsure if they were included. So we had to call to find out. They missed cleaning the top of the refrigerator, the closet floor, a couple doors, emptying one garbage can, and some cobwebs between the wall and ceiling. They said they will come back and take care of the issues. We are just having them take care of these issues when they come back on 12/13 for a touch up cleaning. They spent many hours wiping baseboards and door trim, which look great. The hardwood floors were clean, but we didn’t like the product they used. It made them slippery and squeaky. So they agreed to use a product we will provide. The employees are very friendly and seem trustworthy. I’ll try to update my review after receiving more cleanings to see how they go.
