I had a few spotty services initially, but after calling the office and speaking with Amanda, my concerns were fully understood and addressed. Amanda assured me she would send someone fantastic for my next service to focus on the specific 'hotspots' I mentioned. Sure enough, later that week, Dilaimary Lopez arrived! From the moment she walked in, she radiated both warmth and professionalism, making me feel confident my home was in great hands. Not only did she take care of every area I pointed out, but she went above and beyond, leaving my floors spotless and my home sparkling. I'm incredibly grateful for her attention to detail, and I look forward to having her back for my next service!

Yaguelin was sent to touch up a few areas of our home after a regular cleaning, and she was wonderfully attentive and considerate of our sleeping baby. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and attention to detail.

I can't say enough great things about the cleaning team! My house was in serious need of a deep move-in clean, and Jacob B., La-Nisha W., and Yudisleidy N. did an amazing job. The fridge and oven look almost brand new, the sliders are spotless, and every light and ceiling fan has been thoroughly cleaned. Thanks to their hard work, I actually feel comfortable moving into my new home now. Highly recommend their services!

I started using MaidPro when I am pregnant with my first child. I have three big dogs and cleaning the house to perfection was just too much to manage! I used MaidPro for a one time cleaning and ended up signing up for monthly cleanings because of what an amazing job they do! I come home to the best looking and smelling house ever! Do not use ever. I wish I could give negative stars. I can't believe they have such a high rating. I bought a house and they used these cleaners to "clean" the house. They paid $400 for this so called "cleaning". I don't think they actually did anything the first time. So I had them come back out. Still not acceptable for a move out clean. See attached photos of some of the things they didn't clean. Disgusting!

Maid pro provided an okay service. Gleydis, Yainiel, and William were great to work with and did a thorough job. Other times Maid Pro sent only one person and their service was mediocre because they seemed new and had no support. Pros like Yainiel did excellent.

Rose and Emily cleaned our house last week and it was absolutely amazing! When we first signed up for this service my thought was to have them come before we have guests over or if we really needed a deep clean. We have them coming every 3 weeks now and what an upgrade to our quality of life. Beyond satisfied!
