We were having a terrible time find a pruning service that would return our call which was frustrating. Ironically, we received a flyer in the mail from Pelfrey Tree Service so I casually reached out. Chad was incredibly responsive and drove by the house within hours of the request to quote us. Within 24 hours, we were quoted and the service was completed. Chad’s professionalism and the way he responded was refreshing. We will not hesitate to reach out to Chad for any of our future tree needs and you shouldn’t either!

After cruising Facebook Marketplace, googling multiple companies, and getting four quotes, I decided on this company to cut down trees that were hanging over our soon to be newly installed infinity screen around our pool. Not only was their price very competitive, the professionalism and politeness we received from the entire staff was excellent. No foul language, punctual, responsive, respectful, and above all the work was performed flawlessly. They had to climb the tree instead of using the boom truck because we didn’t want to damage our lawn but that didn’t stop them at all. Their techniques of ropes and pulleys allowed them to slowly lower huge limbs around our fence without any damage. They then pulled all the branches and heavy logs to the chipper and ground it all up. After that they meticulously picked up and swept up all the debris from the lawn and driveway. These guys really impressed us all around. Highly recommend.
