Arbor Bay was wonderful to work with. The office staff were professional and communicative. The team that came to trim our trees was respectful and courteous. Gary and his crew wanted to make sure we were happy with the work they were doing and checked in with us several times during the job. (Also… We’ve been homeowners for 30 years and thought the price was fair) We will call them again the next time we need trimming or a tree removed.

Arbor Bay Inc. was such a pleasure to work with to get my house ready for hurricane season! They were prompt and responsive, assessing my property within a day of contacting them. In addition, they were knowledgeable about the tree species and their health issues, and made great recommendations for how to stabilize these old trees. Arbor Bay worked quickly through the permitting process and had me scheduled for tree work within 2 weeks of our initial contact.
On the day of service they arrived with a big and friendly team led by Josh with well maintained equipment, trimmed 4 trees, and completely removed an old and sick camphor tree that was leaning precariously over my house. They were finished before 11am and left the site clean and secure. As an added bonus, they were kind to explain what they were doing to my granddaughter who was excited to watch them work! I recommend them highly for all of your tree needs here in central Florida!

6 STARS -Exceeded Expectations

I recently had 3 very large live oak trees (at least 40+ years old) removed from my property. Two of these trees had at least ½ of all the branches hanging over my house. This is one of the reasons why I went for the extra expense of getting a crane truck.

This was the best tree removal I have ever seen. 6 guys, 4 trucks and a crane. It was like watching a carefully scripted ballet. One man was in the bucket truck attaching the very large branches/trunks to the crane tether, and then proceeded to cut the trunk. The crane would then finish the separation by lifting up the trunk and carefully rotating and placing the trunk in the street. Then using chain saws the rest of the team would split up the trunk into smaller parts where they could then be picked up by the dump truck with the big claw attachment or the smaller rolling vehicle with the claw attachment.

All the folks working were very nice, knowledgeable, and did a great job. NOT ONE SINGLE branch landed on my roof or my front yard, everything was gently placed in the street where it could easily retrieved and processed for disposal. Once done the yard and street cleanup was great.

These guys were great, highly recommend!

We have used Arbor Bay several times through the years. The first time was to remove a diseased thirty foot water oak. They had it cut down, removed and stump ground within three hours. This latest project was the removal of four pine trees and the pruning of a sixty foot Grand Oak. Very professional. Arrived on time and performed "trapeze" artistry up in the trees. Immaculately cleaned the yard of all debris. Today's work was performed by the crew led by Austin and Kevin. GREAT WORK, GUYS!

Great Service, Communication and Respect for us as the homeowners. Needed to get rid of the damages from trees overhanging our property from Milton and reduce potential impacts from this Hurricane season. Called for an estimate. Promptly got a response from a respectful and knownledgable representative. Was informed that a backlog still existed up front. When our date arrived the crew showed up, took control of the situation with the right amount of equipment and knowlegable workers. And to make the experience even better, all of the workers were respectful and friendly! Thanks guys for putting us in the best possible postion for this hurrican season!

We needed the huge oak that had been living in our front yard since 1971 removed. I had used this company once before to remove a cedar tree at the corner of the house and they did it so expertly that I decided to call them again because this time I had a lot of beautiful plants around the base of the tree and three young fruit trees to take it’s place that I didn’t want destroyed. I watched all day as they tied and cut each branch, never hitting the house or plants in the yard. Their skill and knowledge about what they were doing was exceptional! When they were done they cleaned everything up as if they were never there. Their performance was worth every penny and I will certainly call them again when I need a tree service.

Gary and his crew just left from our residence and we couldn’t wait to give them a glowing review! The whole crew from start to finish was super friendly, professional, clean, and FAST! I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman explaining how much we appreciated this service and noted even my experience on the call the schedule a book was kindly answered by the most jovial customer service rep, and he simply stated to me “I love my job, it’s hard work don’t get me wrong, but we are like family….” I will NEVER forget that coming from a hard labor job and loving his crew and team that he works with citing them as his “family”….

Nothing but amazing things to say about this company, they have a “Master Arborist” on contract which is rare, and they handle all the all permitting paperwork if you need it, although we did not for our job. They cleaned up the yard nicely, and even hauled away some debris we couldn’t do ourselves from a previous storm.

I cannot recommend Arbor Bay enough, I found their reviews on Reddit and they did not disappoint! The rice was more than fair for the work that was completed and done!

We love the team at Arbor Bay! We’ve been using them for a few years now for pruning but had to have a dead oak tree fully removed from our backyard and they did an amazing job. They removed our fence, protected our yard with mats, and removed a very large tree in just a day and a half, cleaned up quickly and had it mulched the next day. Damien, the crew leader, was great to work with and he and the team made it look easy! We’ll miss our tree but we’ll be feeling much better come hurricane season. Highly recommend for any tree needs!

Kevin and Leo did an amazing job with our tree service! They expertly pruned, trimmed, and removed branches from multiple oak trees, Holly trees, a crape myrtle, and ligustrums with great care. They also removed a bougainvillea, which was no easy feat - and they did it as a two-man job. Our trees already look so much better and healthier. Kevin and Leo were professional, efficient, courteous, and thorough during the entire process. With little kids playing in our backyard, I was so grateful that they also took the time to carefully remove all of the tree debris. We once again had a great experience with Arbor Bay from start to finish (Kacy did ann excellent job drawing up the tree service plan) and will definitely reach out again in the future for all our tree needs!

The entire experience with Arbor Bay has always been first rate. I have 1 large Laurel Oak and 2 large Live Oaks and I’ve used them twice now. Kacy Keefe always provides knowledgeable assessments and rational plans on how to balance the aesthetic aspects with long term tree health to come up with the best plan. The crew who came to do the work, Gary, Alex and Will were extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. One of my neighbors actually texted me later to compliment the job they did. All-in-all, a first rate experience.

Gary and his team were the most efficient and methodical crew in how they took down my oak. 40 foot tree, right off the corner of my garage and dismantled it with ease.
They stood true to the given time of 4 hours or less.
One of the guys informed me of termites that had been on the inside of the tree and best way to treat them. Little things like that matter.
When they left, my driveway and everything around it was cleaner than when had arrived.
Brilliant work!

It's amazing to watch professionals work in a fenced backyard with 2 large oaks surrounded by gardens and a pond. They make it look easy. Clean up was spot on. We've used Arbor Bay for many years and will continue to do so.

this is an update simply because Google will not allow 2 separate The service that we just had done is called Air Spading. It uncovers roots so that the city can determine permitting for a structure (deck). Our tech was Robert Beach. He did a fantastic job. Check out these pics!

Arbor Bay did tree cutting and trimming for me in early January 2026. Overall, they did an outstanding job, although they had to send out a follow-up crew a few days after the initial effort, since the first crew missed a few things. The follow-up crew led by Kevin did a great job! For the large oak tree, they used a bucket truck to do structural cuts on several limbs on the street side and a lift to cut a limb on the opposite side. Also, their arborist (estimator) Kacy was very knowledgeable, and their office admin Susan Allen was also very responsive. They seemed very eager to please. They were very responsive when communicating, and they sent out an email showing (bio with photo) the crew leader who was coming out prior to them arriving. I think they gave me a good price for the amount of work that they did. Several of the before and after photos, etc. included below:

I recently hired Arbor Bay Tree Service to trim two oak trees and completely remove a Chinese Elm (including stump grinding). From the initial quote to the final cleanup, the entire process was absolutely seamless.

The team was prompt -- permit filed with the county the same day as approving the work estimate/proposal and scheduled the job the following week. And their communication was timely throughout the project. Watching them work, it was clear they were efficient but also very careful with my property. The crew was super friendly and accommodating to my requests.

I also have to give a special shout-out to Robert, the stump grinding maestro! He came out the next day to handle the Chinese Elm stump. He was incredibly thorough and really capped off the job on a strong note. If you need tree service that is professional, friendly, and reliable, look no further.

A Tree Suegeons just came and trimmed my oak tree so my fruit trees could get more sun. Wow, they did and awesome job. Removed a lot of dead wood and now we are ready for storm season. Fred Webb and his crew are amazing.

A tree Surgeons have been cutting trees in our yard for several years now. They're always on time, they clean up and always check with me to be sure everything is ok. Their workers are friendly and Me. Fred always aim to please. I highly recommend their services.
