Gary and his crew did an excellent job. They trimmed large oak trees and palms. They removed all debris and blew all the leaves off the roof. I highly recommend them.

Greeted me with an introduction and handshake. Did a great job trimming oak tree for future storms and did an aesthetically pleasing job. Kevin and partner cleaned up the area, reviewed what they did and reported the condition of other limbs. All good. Highly recommend Kevin & Arbor Bay.

Gary R.'s team came to my house in Seminole Heights in mid-September and wow, they reinvented the back yard--our big live oak especially, which is beautiful but was dangerously overhanging our roof. Not anymore; the house is safer in a major storm and the oak has room to grow with dead limbs and vines trimmed. The crew did more great work elsewhere in the yard, making some shaggy queen palms look nice and neat. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the fast, flawlessly professional service from Arbor Bay, Gary and team. Thank you!

Just had my 4 trees trimmed and wanted to give a big shout out to Arbor Bay Tree Service. The process from start to finish was seamless & easy. While I've used this company in the past I was very satisfied with the staff I encountered on this occasion. From the professionalism of arborist Aaron to Gary and the crew doing the work I am extremely grateful and happy with the services. Crew was punctual and took the time to really give my trees the care they needed before hurricane season ramps up. I was especially taken back by the care they showed in moving some lawn furniture, potted plants & putting them back as well as cleaning up and even taking my own yard scrapes away for me without even being asked. Thank you guys so much! Would highly recommend this company and their staff.

In the last couple of months I’ve had damage caused by falling branches from the trees surrounding my property. With hurricane season upon us I was very concerned with things getting worse. I really wanted a certified arborist to assess the trees and I found Arbor Bay. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done to reduce risk from further damage without using any scare tactics. It was a tricky job due to access and the growth of the branches, but the crew did an excellent job yesterday navigating around my property and completing the trimming beautifully. I was very happy! The price was very reasonable and the crew was great!

I was referred to these folks from a friend of mine. I have to say that they are very mindful and committed to doing a good job.. The initial proposal what's the pleasant surprise based on other estimates. We needed to raise a canopies on our oak trees at our civic club, trim things way from our fence line, remove some small trees and grind out 2 stumps. Crew did a great job. They brought enough manpower to knock an extensive job out in a thorough and efficient manner. Cleanup was great. You would never know there was a tree job done except for the freshly pruned trees. We are good for a few seasons. I highly recommend their service.

Robert was so pleasant, we could tell he really likes his job. The equipment was a big surprise never saw any thing like it and did a good job getting rid of our huge stump. Robert made sure the yard debris was leveled & cleaned and walkways cleared. Thank you Robert & Arbor for a job well done!

Update1: So this is my third time using Arbor Bay. I received the same excellent service from the Arbor Bay team. Gary and crew removed a dying oak tree from an iffy location that was also growing into the neighbors yard. They were able to complete the work safely with minimal impact to both yards. I am numbering my updates as I'm sure I will use them again and will need to leave another positive review:>

This was my second time using Arbor Bay. Aaron provided a detailed and reasonable estimate. Gary and crew were efficient and professional in removing and trimming the trees. All work, including stump grinding, was completed within 4-5 hours. I will definitely work with them again.

We just moved into a house with a gigantic live oak in the backyard. One of the first things we wanted to do when we bought the house was have the tree evaluated by an arborist. Arbor Bay was highly recommended to us so we reached out immediately. Kacey was incredibly flexible in scheduling to come out to evaluate our tree. You could tell immediately that he really cared about the health of the tree and wanted to make sure that it was healthy and happy and going to be around for a very long time. He told us that the tree overall looked great, made a few very non salesy recommendations, and after seeing how knowledgeable he was, how passionate he was about his job and trees in general, we completely trusted him and scheduled recabeling and some trimming. For our job specifically he recommended Austin. I will never understand how anyone gets up in a huge tree with such ease and confidence, but Austin made it look easy. He was so careful while climbing and so selective when trimming. He was incredibly methodical with how he did the recabling and so gentle when he removed the old cabling that was really digging into the tree. They even hung straps for us for two tree swings to come. Our tree looks wonderful, I know it’s happier, and we are so excited to feel confident that it will be around for a very long time to make memories under. 10000/10 recommend this whole team.

Arbor Bay Tree Service checks all the boxes for what you want in a tree service company. Their quotes are thorough and competitive. They give you a date for your service and arrival time, and they meet them. They do the job safely and efficiently, and they clean up afterward. We call Arbor Bay for our annual pruning and occasional dead tree removal. Today, Kevin and his crew completed a work request for us and arrived when they said he would. Kevin was knowledgeable about our trees and the scope of work, and he and his crew were polite and respectful. They completed the job efficiently and safely, thoroughly cleaned the area afterwards, and met with me to walk through the completed job to ensure my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Arbor Bay Tree Service.

Kevin and Leo did a great job in our front yard. We love our trees, so we want to make sure they are minimally and carefully trimmed to allow them to stay healthy and continue growing, but also safely, away from, or well above, our house. Arbor Bay does a fantastic job with this difficult balancing act. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievable job performed by Austin & his crew. Removed 2 trees, trimmed 2 more & grinded the stumps to perfection! In addition, clean up was so good my yard looked like it was prior to the work. Arbor Bay, in my humble opinion, is the best!!

Arbor Bay was recommended to me by some friends who work with them through their landscape business and I'm glad they did. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, friendly, very communicative and left no real trace that they were ever in my yard. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
