If you need furnace repair or replacement, I highly recommend Chavez & Sons Heating & Cooling Services. The estimate with Harold was fast and helpful. He explained what we needed for our furnace and suggested extra options, making sure we got the best value. After we agreed to the quote, they scheduled us quickly. The team was efficient and professional during the entire furnace installation. They kept us updated every step of the way.

raymond from chavez & sons heating & cooling services came by to check out our air conditioning system. he showed a lot of expertise and was very professional the whole time. he took the time to clearly explain the problem we were experiencing with our ac, what was causing it, and what our options were to fix it. our current unit is quite old and not running efficiently anymore, so it looks like we’ll need a replacement. since we are renters, it’s up to our property manager to make the final decision. raymond went above and beyond—after he finished the initial visit, he returned to gather extra photos and more details. this was so he could prepare an accurate estimate and make sure nothing was missed for the new ac installation. i really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was throughout the whole process. when we’re ready to buy our own place, i’ll definitely reach out again for their expert hvac services.

when we first called Chavez & Sons Heating & Cooling Services because our furnace stopped working, raymond was quick to fit us into his schedule even though it was late on a friday. our furnace was over 20 years old, and i liked that he tried to repair it first instead of trying to sell us a new one. he got it running that same day. later we found out our main electrical panel also had issues, and they came back right away when the furnace stopped again. they helped us through the whole process of getting a new furnace installed, and they even gave us credit for the cost of the first repair. we felt like they really cared and their service was great. we think we got a good deal. highly recommend!
