I couldn’t be more impressed with K & L Air Conditioning! After placing a call, they arrived within the hour—yes, one hour! Talk about prompt and professional. They quickly diagnosed a possible leak, filled the missing freon, and just like that, my home was transformed from sweltering to blissfully cool. Their efficiency, expertise, and friendly service made the whole experience stress-free. I'm now sitting in a perfectly chilled room, and it’s all thanks to K & L. Amazing service! I have had nothing but positive experiences with K&L! David did a stellar job on bringing our HVAC back up to par. He was really easy to understand and talk to. He really took the time to understand our concerns, and resolved the issues. He also ensured everything was good to go before leaving. I will continue to use K&L anytime there is an issue with my HVAC system.

K & L was recommended to me by a neighbor who'd hired them a year or so ago. They FIXED someone ELSE'S shoddy work and got my neighbor's system operating it correctly. My neighbor was impressed by K & L's no-nonsense, honest approach. So I had called 2 other A/C companies to get estimates. One appeared to use deception and a bit of pressure. The other never showed ! Finally, DAVID from K & L came over on short notice, and on NEW YEAR'S EVE. ( I felt a little guilty bringing him over on basically a holiday.) DAVID checked out my system, even got the dead compressor running for a bit - evaluated what I had, what was going on with my outdated system. No razzle-dazzle, no dog & pony show, just an honest straight-forward proposal that was very competitive. Of course I wanted a good price, but price is only part of the equation.
So we went with K & L - and in a few days they gave me an install date. Their installers were right on time. VERY respectful of our home, mindful of our possessions, furnishings etc. They DID NOT track anything in, despite my yard being a bit muddy. They worked as quietly as possible. No blasting radio ( which might have annoyed neighbors, ) and they went so far as to tell me what they were doing as the process went along. Kenny, the owner, came by to say hi and make sure the job was going smoothly. Job was completed by 3:30, The guys made sure everything was operating properly, then cleaned up, junk hauled away -
So the installation was as ideal as anyone could ever want or expect. So from start-to-finish - VERY EXCELLENT. I totally recommend them to anyone, with absolutely no hesitation !

I can’t say enough good things about K&L Air Conditioning. We’ve used them several times and have been impressed every single time. This last call turned out to be a complete replacement of our AC system. What could have been way more expensive was very reasonable in cost. Kenny and his team showed up within an hour and was even able to provide window units to help while us sleep while they installed the new system. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I wish every company was this great.

Joe serviced our a/c unit for the upcoming season. He was on time pleasant and professional. Went over everything he did explaining everything we needed to know. Great place to do business.

I have not personally used this business, however after seeing how they drive on the highway I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. I decided to leave a review because they don’t provide phone support. One of their drivers went into the break down lane to pass and cut off a whole line of cars because he was too impatient to wait in traffic like everyone else, not to mention he squeezed himself in between two cars and he had a trailer. He could have caused an accident but clearly didn’t care about anyone besides himself. This guy (if you want to call him that) then hung his head out the window after he heard honking like he was going to get out of the van. Personally if I had a business and wanted said business to be successful these are not the type of people I would want working for me let alone driving a company van.

Great company, amazing customer service. Super easy can simply text to create appointments or updates. Very efficient and kind and upfront with costs and services. Worked with Jessica who was very knowledgeable and if she didn’t have the answer she found it through the company. 10/10 would recommend and use them again.
