Would not recommend, techs lack technical knowledge to repair systems.

Utter lack of transparency on pricing even after signing an authority form UPTO a certain amount agreed to be charged, and CC given over before even visiting!!!!

Left with a $600+ bill and still nowhere near fixed, or diagnosed

Highly advise against using this company, they charged me $400 to come out, order parts for my machine, then weeks later they come back and pick up the parts for my machine and tell me they are unable to service my machine. I do not see why I would have to pay them $400 for THEIR mistake in not telling me they couldn’t service my machine from the beginning. Horrible experience and I will absolutely never contact this company for their HORRIBLE service ever again. Terrible way to do business.

Needed service on a custard machine for our business and they never came out to fix the issue. Called them almost every day for 2 weeks and each time they said, “someone will be out there today” or “you’re the next stop today” or “there have been other emergencies.” They never showed up and weren’t considerate over the phone. Never using them again and I definitely don’t recommend unless you can wait almost a month.

Such a terrific company and group of individuals. Most of us know how this industry is, and it can be extremely difficult to find a reliable company to consistently show up, do what is required, and go the extra mile. Caspers Service Company is the outlier and I’ve been so happy to have come across this extraordinary team. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work.

Capers was very responsive to my AC needs. Within 24hours my service request was fulfilled. Tech showed up as scheduled and was courteous and knowledgeable. Had our AC system up and running quickly. Would definitely recommend for you comererical AC needs and more. Highly recommend!

They had a driver in Kissimmee driving around holding his horn down in traffic at 10 pm and it was uncalled for him to road rage. Not a good look for the company.

Most INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with in my 25+ years of restaurant ownership and management experience. Schedules mean nothing to them. I could possibly understand if there was any communication whatsoever, but there was not.

Take your business elsewhere.

I can’t thank this kind stranger enough! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and was feeling completely stuck. They noticed I was struggling and kindly offered to help. Highly recommended. Called Aircon after a competitor told us we needed a new $10,000 system. Adam, our tech, was amazing and honest. Remediate system for $700 including UV light and detailed exactly what the system needed and laid out 3 courses of action. We chose the middle one. A less honest tech could have talked us into an unnecessary new system. I would not hesitate to refer them, and when my present system does fail, they will be my first call to replace it! Thanks Adam!

I have been using Temperge Comfort for over 2 years now and have never had a problem with them. They always get to my place on time, sometimes even early, and they never leave until they are certain both the AC and heating systems work well. Not to mention their rates are very reasonable! Honest and on tim. What a group of guys, couldn’t be happier. Replaced entire AC on my house, both up and downstairs. Invoice was 2 grand lower than other bids. Same equipment and warranty. And my electric bill was cut in half. Can’t say enough about Kenny and his company. Great job!
