ProTek came and fixed my A/C very timely. Another company had told me my compressor was broken, but ProTek diagnosed it, and I just had a refrigerant leak. They were timely and honest.

He was very efficient and informative. Great job!

AA Ron preformed a semi annual operational check on our main AC/Heating Unit. He did what he had at do and provided an education on the purpose and maintenance of the unit and specifically on the drain when I inquired about owner maintenance and checks.

Continuously texting me after they told me months ago I was outside of their zone. When I texted back to stop texting me with marketing, they told me that they couldn’t handle that request and to call the office and talk to them. Like no, just stop texting me. It’s a simple requests that any company who sends out text marketing should be able to comply with.

It’s reassuring to deal with an air company that comes to fix your issue without trying to sell you a new system. Let’s be real for a moment. It’s never convenient when your AC or heating equipment goes down and it’s not always inexpensive however; to have an individual and company who gives you options to fix your problem without all the extras is a rarity now a days.
