A little late on my review but I was just sitting here enjoying my nice AC and I thought of this company.
I used them a while ago to replace both my AC units and they did first class work. There were a few issues after the installation (minor stuff that was really no ones fault). What was impressive is the owner did not 'run from these problems' ... he responded to my calls immediately and would be right back over to take care of the issue. He continued to work on the units until everything was perfect. Great company!

Robert was my tech and he did a great job in locating my problem...saved me tons as I did not need a whole new system like I was told by another company

A/C went out, found their number on Nextdoor. Someone arrived within an hour and a half. Got it taken care of within an hour, I will be using their services from now on. Thanks

Their examination of the system was thorough, professional, and complete. We can attest to how honest and ethical K & L is. They have also performed a complete system install for us at a price significantly less than the other quotes we recieved for the same system. You can't go wrong with K & L.

I Called K & L Air on a Sunday and he was at my home within 2 Hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the AC unit. The service was outstanding, very personable staff. You could tell he cared about the fact it was 91 Degrees outside and made us a priority. Very professional!

I cannot speak highly enough about K & L. Losing AC mid-summer in Florida is a nightmare but Kenny and his team were quick to get us back up and running again. They are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in a job well properly. If you've any problem with your air conditioning do not hesitate to call K&L!

K & L is the best around. My overall experience has been a great one. I saw the company name on a posting on social media. That posting gave high praise to K & L so I took a chance and called at 9pm and requested service. They were very kind, professional and honest. Kenny came to my home in FishHawk "after hours", diagnosed the problem and provided the solution the same night. These guys are good. I refuse to do business with any other company. The absolute BEST.

Kenny and David were from K & L Air Conditioning, the third AC company to visit my home. They rapidly diagnosed & repaired a pretty rare and tough problem. My family and I highly recommend them for a quality trustworthy job!

My experience: First company couldn't identify the problem, wanted to reschedule for a more experienced tech. They were serious so we were moving on. Next tech said he wasn't sure exactly what was wrong but something with the compressor, recommended replacing everything, several thousand dollars - what?!? Finally I called family and friends for advice - they recommended Kenny at K & L AC.

David from K & L spent a few hours going over the system and even called the manufacturer. Turns out that the circuit board inside the air conditioner went out. K & L also discovered this particular part was under warranty! Who else would have ever checked the warranty for their customer? In under a day my air conditioner was up and running at a fraction of the cost of the competition. I felt that Kenny and David were honest and determined to fix the problem as opposed to the competition who just wanted a bigger sale. Thank you to David and Kenny for their outstanding work. K & L Air Conditioning is an outstanding company I can confidently recommend!!

Great folks, honest and fair. These are salt of the earth type of folks. From Kenny, he is the K in K&L to Dave his tech that has helped me on multiple occasions at multiple homes.

Long story short my wife called another company. They came out and told me it would be 9k to fix or 13k to get a whole new system. Kenny came out and showed me how my electrical line was not getting the correct amount of power and that would more than likely be the fix. $300 later and a new thermostat and it was fixed.

K & L saved me thousands. They are good people and have always been fair and dependable. 3 houses and no complaints.

Great company! Won't sell you what you do not need. Most honest company I have had service my HVAC unit.

Hi guys! My sweet friend made a post on Facebook about my a/c being broken. I’m a single mom of 5 kids and i do have a job just doesn’t pay much and with 5 kids and having to buy everything cash is hard. K & l offered to come check our a/c out and work with me on a payment plan or something to get me going! Now, I’m new to Fl. Been here just a year, and the people so far have truly been amazing. Did I mention they are helping us with a gift card!? Awesome! Thank you so much you guys!

K & L is simply the best! Lightning fast response, excellent service, kind and compassionate people, fair pricing.....well, simply the BEST! I returned from a long trip at midnight on a Saturday in the dead heat of Summer to a very hot house. Sunday morning I called praying that they could help and they were at my house within 2 hours........on a Sunday........and took care of my problem. This is the kind of company you want on your side. My experience with this company has been excellent. Robert and Julio did the initial cleaning and inspection and were prompt and professional. Amanda worked quickly to get an issue we had resolved. These technicians also showed up on time and wasted no time finishing the job. We are very satisfied.
