This is the second time my rental company has used this contractor. I’ve told them several time of my daughters illness. Their technician drove right past my house. No one called to reschedule. No one even called to let me know he was on his way. I’ve been without air for like 24 hours.

I have used Carlene Air Conditioning twice now. They came and were able to solve my a/c problem the same day I called. I am very pleased with the service as well as the prices I paid and would recommend them to others.

I had an estimate from another company, who diagnosed the problem (incorrectly) as a bad coil. They estimated $2,000 plus three hot days to wait for the part. And said I was lucky. I suspected this was incorrect, so called Calrene. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes of arrival. For $250. Great, honest service. I'll call them for all problems and annual service and when it's time to replace.
