After the hurricane we had, the sea water tore our return vent off of our a/c unit and it looked as though the unit was damaged I had called these guys after a friend used them and amith came out the same day and told me the unit was still in good condition and just the return vent will need to be replaced he had the vent in stock and had his guys come guys come replace it the following morning. Amith and his guys were more kind, honest and professional then contractors we have dealt with in the past would definitely recommend!

Anthony and his staff helped us with an A/C installment from 2018. We bought a house in 2019 tha AAA had installed. Now selling the house the permit for the unit was never closed out. There was a certificate of certification that was not with the unit. I called AAA and spoke with Anthony and explained the issue. He said he would look into it. Only to find out a few days later Anthony bought the business about a year ago. He could have easily told me that I was on my own. He did not. And with Anthony and his staff through a website and about 3 days were able to get an AHRI document. Can’t thank them enough for their help to keep our closing on time. And no one during the process seemed like I was asking a favor. If this is how they treat someone who only has a unit from previous owner, the must treat everyone of their customers this way. They were only apologetic everytime I spoke with Anthony. Not their fault at all. I felt during the whole process that I was part of their family. Again great thanks. -
My experience with AAA was excellent. They inspected my a/c after I was flooded during Helene, and the unit needed to be replaced. Inspection was a day or two after the storm, and we set the replacement for the following week. One of their techs had kidney stones, so we had to push a few days, but their techs then showed up when promised, and completed the replacement with a lifted bracket for me - extra storm insurance! Tom actually came out to my house to retrieve payment - saved me a 5% credit surcharge!

AAA Airwaves provided outstanding service from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my AC running efficiently in no time. Their pricing was fair, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend AAA Airwaves for anyone in need of reliable HVAC services!

Winnsupply in Tampa was the wholesale distributor that the air conditioning company used to install, a brand new 5 ton Champion AC in our home around May 28 2018 . We paid approx. $8,500. Champion is a product of Johnson Controls. The installers discovered on day of installation, that the unit delivered to our home was defective and needed repair in order to work. Specifically the coils had holes and were loosing the Freon. We refused to have it installed. The air conditioning company immediately requested that Winnsupply exchange the new faulty AC but the request was denied. The representative of WinnSupply insisted this defective unit was ok and just needed a minor repair. We insisted that the unit be exchanged so we didn't have issues down the road. To convince us to keep the unit, an Employee of Winnsupply, John German the person in charge now and then, came to our home and indeed convinced us to keep the faulty unit. He downplayed the issue stating that the coil was nothing to replace and they would provide the parts.
He assured us that if something were to happen down the road it would be covered by the 10 yr warranty. John deceived us because he knew very well what the warranty actually covered and that we would be responsible later to pay for the cost of Freon and labor every time the coils failed. We did not know this, but found out later the hard way that Freon is not included in the warranty, costing us thousands of dollars out of pocket. This is the third time coils have failed. John German of Winnsupply, had no business in our home and interfering with our decisions with his fake promises. But he did. At the time IT WAS WINSUPPLY's DUTY TO PROVIDE UPON DELIVERY AN AC UNIT THAT WAS NOT DEFFECTIVE. WINNSUPPLY FAILED TO DO THIS. This is why I did not name the air conditioning company because they tried to do the right thing and Winnsupply blocked it.
Since 2018, the unit has been down so many times that we can't even remember. No cooling for days, weeks and some times a whole month. The electricity bills increased with each breakdown. Each time we followed the Warranty protocol and changed multiple parts, coils, fans, the mother board, the condensor and the list goes on. Thats a lot of repairs on one unit... thats thousand of dollars later and still today we are again with no AC for a month. I recently called John German to assist us since he promised 5 years ago he would help if we called. He was of no help and hung up on me during a phone conversation when I told him to do the right thing and escalate this to the proper authorities to swap out the unit.
WINNSUPPLY can not deny that they delivered a defective unit. WINNSUPPLY can not deny that they interfered with our right to deny this defective unit when it was delivered.
WINNSUPPLY did not follow the correct protocol to exchange the faulty unit they delivered back in 2018.
IT WAS WINNSUPPLYS actions and inactions from the start that resulted to this.
This is why we hold Winnsupply responsible. Now if we continue to follow the warranty protocol that Winnsupply 's response below is suggesting we will for the remaining 5 years keep exchanging the same defective parts and pay thousands of dollars for labor and each time their cheap coils fail, we will have to pay thousands more for the freon and with no resolve. Recently I brought several AC company's for repair quotes and Costs range between $1500 - $3000 EACH TIME. All agree the coils will fail again and again because they are faulty parts from JOHNSON CONTROLS and it's best to replace the unit as it
does not make financial sense for us to keep paying for repairs with faulty parts on this faulty unit. The only option right now is to replace the faulty unit something WINNSUPPLY should have done back in 2018. So we are not unreasonable when we ask...
DO THE RIGHT THING AND REPLACE THE UNIT WITH A BETTER ONE OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!
This review was altered to address the quick response below from owner.
AC down multiple times after this post - UNIT NEEDS REPLACEMENT ITS A LEMON FROM THE START!! -
They don't seem to care about the customers who are waiting on parts. They are not helpful and give little to no information. The manufacturer and installer were constantly attempting to assist us but it seems the waiting is a waste of their time. Customer service is not in their mission statement. Edit: They were more helpful the 2nd go around when called. The first time we got little to no information. But when we got a manager we did get a lot more and the part did finally come in. I understand that the manufacturer has a lot to do with when things come in but my biggest issue was how difficult it was to get information.

Do not buy air conditioners from this company. I have been without air conditioning for the last three weeks because the part they need isn’t stocked locally and they they take their getting warranty parts from manufacturers. They are less than helpful with follow up and don’t seem to care about customers once they sell the initial air conditioning unit. When you call them or your repair company calls them they give inaccurate information about part shipping. Again, the three hottest weeks of the year and no air conditioning, but they don’t care. They got their money on the sale.
