I used precision AC when my AC unit was acting up the tech Scotty the real deal came out diagnosed RAC walked me through what was going on so I can understand my AC unit I believe I had the most extremely best service out there I will no longer use any other AC unit company besides this one was a quick and fast service to me if there was more than five stars I'd give it to them I absolutely love this company hands down the best company I can use for an AC unit you guys deserve the best.

We called Precision for a no cooling issue. It was a hot day and hoped to get a repair within a couple of days. They scheduled us immediately and Scott was out here within 2 hours. Scott diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a replacement compressor. As soon as it came in he replaced it, started, charged and checked the system completely.
