I will never ever call anyone else!!!!!! The tech Scott Keel is the absolute best and very truthful and transparent, he has done my ac as well as our rental property. My ac has never worked as great as it is now. With this being said STOP calling around and just give these guys a call I promise you will be just as happy as I am!

I picked this company during my first phone call.They were the only company that recommended I use the warranty to fix the coil instead of replacing the unit! The prices I was quoted for repair even with the coil under warranty were ridiculous until Precision! Scott was wonderful! He showed me every piece of my unit. He was friendly, respectful and professional. I have their maintenance contract and am very happy with it. I no longer have to remember to schedule for maintenance. I pay monthly for a twice a year maintenance routine and love it!

Precision A/C has been our go-to company for years; they always send someone out quickly and kept our outdated unit going for as long as possible.

This time, our 20 year old system needed to be replaced. Philip clearly explained the issue with the old unit and laid out replacement options. Less than 24 hours after we scheduled our replacement our new system is installed and working perfectly.

Replacing major appliances is one of the more painful parts of owning a home, but it was made much more bearable by hiring the right people.

He provided excellent maintenance for our AC and took his time to thoroughly check the system, making sure everything was functioning correctly. He has a great personality and creates a comfortable space for clients to ask questions—plus he’s always willing to explain anything about the AC. Most of all, he’s a genuinely great human being: very nice, polite, and respectful. When it comes to AC, he truly knows what he’s doing! Highly recommend.

In the past I purchased a new condenser unit from this company for my home. 2 yrs later the compressor died. I was extremely upset that 2 yr old unit would have such an expensive repair. When the technician came out everything changed. Not only was I surprised by the knowledge and professionalism of this technician but he took the time to share his knowledge, explain and help me understand what went wrong and how this repair would be different.
