This Company has been sold to a new Owner! Definitely do NOT recommend them . I had a terrible experience and they are Not trained technicians and Unreliable!!

They spent most of there time talking bad about my mother N law saying she smells like a old black woman . Using profanity around the children & Brushing pass people without saying excuse me . Then took it upon them self to sit outside my open window and discuss how they felt about her house . I politely asked the owner why he thought that was professional he didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with what he said he push me out his way and closed the door and drove off .

They were available any time day or night and came first thing in the morning the night after we lost air.
Pleasant workers and did a great job.

AC suddenly stopped working and AAA airwaves was able to come over the very next day. Quick repair and was very knowledgeable. Thank you AAA Airwaves !

I couldn't be happier with the service. These guys not only got here fast, but they did not try to overcharge me for anything. My total bill was less than the trip charge of other places. I had no idea why my a/c stopped working and was worried it was going to be expensive. They replaced a fuse, a faulty wire and they also performed routine maintenance. They did not try to make up any bogus repairs that I didn't need. For that they have earned my trust and I will call them first in the future.

We've had two repairs completed by Rodney at AAA Air Waves over the past year for separate issues. When we first moved in, we had a different company come and do an "inspection and tune up." They immediately tried to upsell us on various items for one unit and told us the other unit was so old and corroded that we should replace it immediately. They even tried to have someone over that afternoon to install one, but we luckily decided to wait. When Rodney came by, he fixed the unit within a couple of hours and the parts were covered under warranty. He let me know the unit was only 4 years old and the repair should keep the unit going for quite awhile. The honestly, responsiveness, and competence of AAA Air Waves are the best we've seen in the local area to date!

This Company is the best! I live in the lower unit of a 2 story Condo. The upstairs person had a plumber come in & he blew out their line & clogged up mine. I called AAA Airwaves & he came fixed the problem, & said the other plumber should have cleared the whole line nut just sent the clog down to me. I first used this service to install a water heater & then an AC unit. Best price & best service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been using AAA since we moved to Tampa in 2013 have been completely satisfied. I've called Rodney and crew on multiple occasions and they've always shown up within 24 hours, often the same day. Their crews are always polite and professional.

I had them do both system upgrades (upstairs and downstairs) and was happy with both the cost and the quality. They do excellent work and it's nice to use a local small business.

Called Airwaves for a second opinion after receiving an estimate for $5,600 and $800 duct work from the company that installed our $30,000 A/C units. The original company had been to our home 3 times in 10 days and we still had the original problem plus estimates for $6400 more work! The A/C units aware less than 2 years old! Airwaves owner came out, looked at the system and immediately found the problem.
Airwaves also noticed that the A/C units still had the dryers attached. These should have been removed 72 hours after installation of the A/C equipment (2 years ago). We got an estimate from Airwaves to increase the size of ducts in 2 rooms. The original company gave us an estimate of $800. Airwaves did the work for less than $300. Airwaves determined that the $5600 duct work was not necessary. The problem was simply that the drain line needed to be cleaned; which they did. Also, they made an appointment to come back and remove the dryers. Airwaves called the Carrier A/C company to be sure the dryers on the Carrier A/C’s should be removed. It had been two years since installation, and Aiwaves wanted to be sure they were doing the correct thing. Airwaves was correct and the dryers were removed today.

I cannot give them a high enough recommendation. They went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they handle our original problem, but they addressed an issue we would never have been aware of and would ultimately have affected the A/C units. They were prompt, efficient, professional, honest and reasonable!

We had an A/C problem at our offices. The unit just stopped working on a very hot day. Called AAA and spoke to Rodney who was good enough to juggle his schedule and come right over. After just a short time and his crew were able to assess our problem. Apparently the overhead unit's drainage for the condensation had become clogged somehow and it triggered a shut-off within the A/C unit. It didn't take them long to find the clog, clear it. and get us back up and running within the hour. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and the price was VERY reasonable! Especially since it was an emergency on our side (really HOT day). We can strongly recommend AAA Airwaves to anyone with an A/C issue. They could have really rolled us over and I know a lot of folks have a mistrust of 'repair' companies of all stripes, but these guys really took great care of us in every way. Thanks so much!

AAA did an excellent job replacing our Air Conditioner between hurricanes this year. We have been using them for over 20 years and they are always prompt in taking care of any problems. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable air conditioning company.
