I have been trying to get my heat fixed for over three weeks now and they have been out here rewire it and supposedly put a heat strip and it still doesn't work I called them three times today and still have got no response from them or the owner how do you stay in business and not have enough common curiosity to call back all you get is a secretary who says she will relay messages

This company charged $695 to change out a air handler blower motor under warranty. I have a another home, had the same exact problem 2 weeks ago, repaired by another company for $495 which was NOT under warranty and included the cost of the new motor. Initially we were told this was because of the charge for freon, when we questioned as there is no freon in the air handler, we were told the clerk mis-spoke. It is what I call price gouging.

The guys were great and prompt, so that my buildings were cold quickly! Pardon was our so fast and friendly!

My experience happened in 2017 but it's wasn't brought to my attention until recently. I purchased a scratch and dent unit assuming it was new just dented. Unbeknownst to me the date of the unit is on the unit and it is dated 2007 and I purchased it in 2017. That means it was 10 years old when they installed it. I was fooled by this company and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

My ancient air conditioner finally bit the dust last week. After years of piecing and repairing I decided it was time to consider a new system. I had considered replacing it last year, it was a very frustrating experience and the prices I was given from multiple companies were outrageous.
So this time I decided to reach out to my friends on Facebook to get recommendations. Little did I know that a friend who lives in my neighborhood had started working for a company called Air-O Force 1.
After seeing my Facebook post he stopped over and looked at my old system and gave me multiple options but I decided to replace the entire system including ducts. He gave me an incredible deal and they started the job the next day and the work was completed in only 2 days!
Although it was a very big messy job they did a phenomenal job of cleaning up everything.
I am incredibly happy with their professionalism and workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of A/C repair or replacement.
