Very trustworthy company!!. I called them last Weekend because my Ac stopped working, and in less of half and hour, a technician responded to fix the issue. The pricing was very reasonable.

Excellent service, great price and professional install team. Quoted by noon installation and price, install completed same day by 4:30. I used the company 12 years ago for my previous installation. Couldn't be happier considering value, installation and great team. Richard, Brittany, owner John & installation team were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. The whole Air O Force descended upon my home and swapped out my system in no time. Brett took the time to explain my current duct work system to me and what needed to be tweaked to maximize air flow and provide the new unit with the proper air return. Aaron and the rest of the team did an excellent job fishing the new ducts to the hard to reach areas in my attic without any additional drywall damage. The team was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I’d recommend Air O Force for your HVAC needs!

I work for a company who just opened 2 months ago and used this HVAC company for install. While the HVAC was in place at the building for over a year it wasn’t operational because our business wasn’t opened yet. After calling the company twice one day was one price to come out and then another day it was a different price because they were doing us a “courtesy” LMAO! Then we call and were connected to a very rude and unprofessional Brittany who was talking over us very argumentative and wouldn’t let us tell her our situation all she said was that she is in contact with the property builder she needs our CO and that once she found out from him what was going on she would let us know what to do! First off we own the property not this other person she is referring to also why are you getting yourself involved in matters that HAVE NOTHING to do with you! So needless to say we have given up on this company but just a heads up for anyone else who chooses to do business with them make sure they put you thermostats in the right places or your building will have a freezing area and then a unbearable hot area and again all they want is money to come out and look at it and they won’t even honor our warranty!

This is hands down the best company I have ever worked with! Got myself in a bind and Beth made sure I would be taken care of immediately! She really went above and beyond and it was SO appreciated. Quick, efficient and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience with Air O Force 1. This is a brand-new building with a brand-new AC system, and from the beginning, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Their plans were poorly thought out, and the thermostat placement was completely incorrect, which caused major issues with airflow — some areas were too hot, while others were freezing cold.

Despite the system being new, they refused to honor their warranty when problems arose. Communication was absolutely horrible — hard to reach, slow to respond, and no accountability. As a business startup, this caused serious disruption, and I was forced to pay out of pocket to correct mistakes that were clearly their responsibility.

They do not stand behind their work, and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you’re opening a business, avoid the headache and go with a company that actually cares about doing the job right and supporting their customers.

After leaving my honest review based on our firsthand experience with this company, I received a defensive public response — and within a short time, the office manager who wrote that response also left a 1-star review on my business page, followed by additional 1-star reviews from what appear to be friends and relatives, none of whom have ever interacted with my business in any capacity.

This kind of retaliatory behavior is deeply unprofessional and speaks volumes about the company's approach to handling customer feedback. My review reflects the real challenges we faced with poor communication, unresolved HVAC issues, and the burden of having to correct problems out-of-pocket in a brand-new commercial building.

I have no issue with companies standing by their work — but retaliating by attacking someone else’s business and reputation is unacceptable. I believe others deserve to know who they are dealing with when choosing a contractor. Businesses should be able to take responsibility, not resort to coordinated online attacks.

We continue to stand by our original review and hope this serves as a reminder to always look beyond the surface when evaluating service providers.

We have had the pleasure of working with Brittany for our account! I work in the leasing office at a luxury apartment community in Westchase, Fl and for over 2 years they are our number one AC vendor. She’s always made our community a priority and sends out her best techs to assess and fix all of our AC issues so promptly! With a 20+ year old community sometimes it can be harder to troubleshoot issues, but they have always found the solution!! It’s awesome that we get the same techs out to property, shoutout to Austin, who have been out to our community lots of times and know our residents!!! We had Air O Force 1 Completely reconfigure and rebuild our ductwork and put in a new air handler. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Brett was in charge of our project. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns. His team was professional, hardworking, and courteous. They got the job done within the estimated timeframe. We are very happy with the results. Our air flow is much better and quieter now. It's also nice to know that the mold is gone.

Sooo let me just start with how amazing Bethany, Brittany, John are, and the technicians! I have been using Airi-Force One for over 8 years at my properties I used to manage. They were amazing, same day install when an AC went out on a resident, extremely knowledgeable and communicative, never failed a permit inspection by the city. Now, I am a home owner and I trust no one else to service my AC. I have had them out several times and it’s the exact same amazing service they gave my residents. I highly recommend, family owned and they treat you like family!

I had an older unit that just wore out. They installed a new unit and air handler within 48 hours. Excellent technicians, friendly and most of all, trustworthy. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job and cleaned up very nicely. Tested everything, registered everything for me. 10 year warranty. It’s really comforting to know I could trust them and the work is done with integrity. And the best price out there by far. A great company to do business with.

This company removed a blower from a brand new system and replaced it with old beat up one which failed after a short period. I found out because AC company wouldn't cover warranty due to serial number mismatch. Anybody that would do this is completely untrustworthy and you shouldn't do business with them. Sad but true.
