As a member of " American Home Shield " they sent ACE. . ACE wanted 250 dollers per lb of R - 22 Freon or they would not honor my AHS contract ! ! NOBODY else wanted that much . When Imade arrangements to pay less AHS denied my claim !

The team at ACE Heating and Cooling are fantastic! We had an issue that included some extenuating circumstances and they jumped through hoops for us! Crystal and Rafael specifically but I understand many others were involved. THANK YOU!! They gained a new customer for sure. Signed a Cleaning and Maintenance agreement when all was said and done!

I recently had my home serviced by Brad and JoJo from Ace Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They installed a complete new HVAC system in my home, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Brad and JoJo were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the new system.

Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in every step. They worked efficiently but didn’t cut any corners, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. On top of that, they were punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless when the job was done.

Scam artists. Told me in detail what was wrong with my AC and why it wasn’t cooling down and that it would cost 7-10k to replace and that they could give me a deal because my home warranty definitely wouldn’t cover it. Then I find out they told them absolutely nothing was wrong with the unit and that’s why it wasn’t covered. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Ace Heating & Cooling came out for our HVAC. Our A/C quit working. The technician looked over everything, took covers off, etc, then the A/C started working. He then word for word said "I don't know why it wasn't working". Then he turned in a report to AHS that our A/C wasn't working because of mold. Well, that's NOT what he told us. Additionally A/C units don't stop working because they have a little mold on them (my uncle is a HVAC tech). IF it were mold in the unit, I'd be in the hospital, because I will become deathly ill if exposed to mold. BUT AHS won't cover anything that has mold, so Ace Heating & Cooling benefits from this, because we now would have to pay them to 'fix' the mold and they would make more money since AHS does in fact pay technicians less for services (this is how they come out ahead). This is a very dishonest way to do business and even if we did have mold, which we have verified we do not, we would not now use them, how can you trust someone that out right lies? I'm amazed that this business gets good ratings. Oh, and just so you know, they said that to clean up the mold would cost us nearly $3000. Seems steep to me, but since we don't need this service I'm unsure what another company would charge. I'm done with Ace and with AHS.

Don't I repeat don't use this company I would give it minus 100 stars if I could totally useless .they speek in circles tell you nothing and accomplish nothing when they send someone. like I said go look for homeless person they will do a better job.a/c never should need refrigerant over 4 years they have added refrigerant then tell me it is fine no leaks on system.at least ten competent a/c services have said you never need refrigerant unless there is leak.useless

Very good experience this was an American Home Shield service call the company I usually use was unavailable so I decided to try Ace, Crystal called me and we set appointment, I was called three times on day of appointment Dave was the tech fan on air handler was malfunctioning he knew it was the capacitor , very professional, next time I need ac / heat pump service I will use Ace. Ok all was fine till I recieved two emails from ace one was for my American Home Shield paid in full service the other was for a quote for. 475.00 for a surge protector I was asked to sign for American Home Shield call I did and my signature was transposed and used for surge protector quote very illegal and decieving I was never told about a surge protector from Dave, I am not sure about this deceptive business practice.

Efficient and knowledgeable

Cameron and his assistant were very professional and competent. They completed the installation of surge protectors on my electrical panel and ac unit. I was quite satisfied with their service.

One of our lanai ceiling fans was wobbling. Badger Bob’s guys fixed it in 10 minutes. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Christian was very professional and explained every thing he was doing to fix my refrigerator and the parts he had to replace. He did a awesome job, thank you.

The service technician was friendly & experienced. He found the problem by taking an extra step most wouldn’t have taken. He saved me some frustration and repaired the issue efficiently & effectively. This service technician is an asset to their company!

We found Badger Bob's after many failed attempts with other companies to have an a/c maintenance at our business. They were the first to follow though with an appointment, and did an outstanding job with the service! We then chose to use them at our home. They have been punctual, kind and attentive. We've had them out for a couple service calls now from washer machine repair to estimates on home maintenance and they have been consistent, thorough and fair! Highly recommended!

Victor was outstanding to work with. He serviced our air conditioning and explained everything in detail to us. Great employee! Only issue was cost of drain guard. $75. I can purchase 2 on Amazon for $64.

Called because of a inside pipe flow issue. Had Christopher as a service tech ,explained my problem and had it resolved in 20 minutes. He is nicest most honest person I have delt within a long time.Because of this experience. I am thinking of switching my air maintaince and plumbing to this co to.
