SSI takes care of two of my restaurants and has always done an amazing job! For any restaurant managers out there who need a well rounded R&M company, I recommend SSI!

Customer service during scheduling was outstanding! Poor workmanship. Spent over $1000 to repair a freezer and went out again and lost all our food. Tech ruined our floors, looks like the he finger painted with the dye he used to detect the leak on my floors. Tried to resolve with compassion and they ghosted us. I really hate leaving a negative review, but being told by Lindsey ( Operations Manager) that it was a temporary fix. We spent $1274.12 in repairs on a $3500 freezer, and it was only a temporary fix ?!?! Come on!!!! I feel I was very respectful and understanding. Repair was completed on 1/27/24. I was contacting SSI on 3/11/24 with the unit being broken again. Lindsey said she would call me the next day, now it’s 3/22/24 and nothing. We ended up contacting an independent owner and operator, which only charged us $450 for the repair.

Update 11/8/24. Emailed the company and once again no response. They don’t care ! Use an independent!

They came out to fix the kitchen A/C to our restaurant. Very timely service and had it fixed within an hour. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Tyler did awesome getting our freezer door fixed after we had an ice issue for awhile. Went the extra step to notice other issues that were leading to the problem and getting those fixed as well!
