Routine service was very polite and helpful

This was the same technician to repair my unit last time my old unit wasn't working properly. He just repaired and left without really fixing it. I called Badgers Bob and told the was still not working. I had to replace the old unit!

It was a clogged toilet line that was repaired. He also fixed the shower 3 way valve that was leaking for years! Manny was a very skilled pleasant worker he exceeded my expectations today all in one visit. I will use them again next time!

Jan came out and moved my hot water heater from the attic down onto the main floor in the pantry. He set everything up and brought the electrician. (Adriana). They did a great job! Very professional and went the extra mile. I wanted the old heaters removed from my attic so Jan came back and cut them in half, brought them down and disposed of them.
