Paid for a new unit and by next summer it was freezing over. Wouldn't honor warranty. Horrible service.

Sadly know for a fact Mrs. Sprecher's review is false in so many ways and decided to address it here. Additionally, she did in FACT get White's to relocate the unit contrary to her false narrative. White's can do a lot of things to help correct any issues, but cannot do anything when the other party cannot be honest and truthful. Sorry Mrs. Sprecher feels she must do so to try and create a problem, she only sold out on her integrity instead.

Hot Monday after a hot weekend and, of course, the AC stopped working Sunday. Called White's Monday morning and the AC was fixed that afternoon.

The two technicians, James and Chris, were polite, knowledgeable and went to work quickly to get the AC back on-line in good order. The pricing was quite reasonable.

I highly recommend White's, will call on the for any future HVAC repairs, and strongly recommend them.

Whites installed brand new ac and furnace in July '16. Beginning in May '17, the unit began freezing up. Called them in early Sept. and found that our 12 month parts and labor warranty had expired - and they didn't care - would charge a trip charge and service charge to come look at it. Called another service company out to repair and found it 2 lbs low on freon - and checked for leaks. No leaks were detected. As it is a closed system, it was concluded not enough freon was added when installed. Glad we found someone reliable going forward.

I came from work, house extremely hot, called White's and within the hour they had a repair man checking things out. We had a power surge that caused our compressor to blow up with the age of the unit we decided to replace it. The very next morning exactly when they said, two guys were here to replace our unit in less than three hours they had new ac and furnace replaced, and even cleaned up after themselves. We are very satisfied. Someone even called to follow up and make sure everything was working properly. I would use them again. I am a happy customer.
