We had our whole HVAC system replaced by Air Contol Services, Inc. They did a fantastic job, were affordable, and very professional. They also came out right away after we bought our new house. They were super easy to work with. I wasn’t sure that I had to replace the system and they came out and looked at it twice. Our air handler was 22 years old and in bad shape, but they didn’t put any pressure. They just game me good information and let me make the decision.
Dwayne and the other tech worked quickly and professionally. And Dylan (owner) was so easy to talk with and responsive. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again if needed.

I have been using Air Control Services for about 3-4 yrs. They have serviced my business & home units. The service men are the best. James & Dwayne are my go to guys. They are great at explaining the issues, what services have been performed, and how to prevent any issues.

The guys are always courteous, and forthright.

They always come out in a timely manner. IF for some reason they can't, they are great at keeping communication open.

Alright, there are good service companies, then there are great service companies. Air Control Services is a great one. We had a tricky issue with our AC that wasn’t a typical issue. After several attempts by others, James came out and took the time to listen to what was going on. He had me explain it again once we were in front of the condenser, and within a couple of minutes he had it figured out. James is great and what he does….taking the time to go through the situation. Air Control is amazing at what they do, as they are very responsive and take care of their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a complicated problem that required several different fixes. Dwayne, the technician, had to come back several times and try different things. Dennis, Dillion, and Jason from the office were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering that I was calling them very frequently and it probably got annoying, that didn't stop them from always being gracious and making sure they make it right. Dwayne is actually coming back tomorrow to hopefully make the final repairs to finish this up, but I can't say enough positive things about this honest company. It's rare to find one nowadays. I would tell all future customers to just be patient. They're not a huge company, so they do their best to get to everyone in due time, but they will get to you and they will make sure your problem is solved. The best way I know how to show them my appreciation is to give them 5 stars. They deserve 10. Thank you, Air Control Services!

Last month, my A/C unit decided to stop working right in the middle of the heatwave. 😩 I called Peter because he was a family friend, and he came out right away. He recharged my unit, replaced some parts, and got it running again same day! It was a temporary fix, though, since I knew my old unit has had a leak for a while and just wasn’t cutting it anymore.

Fast forward a few weeks, and Peter returned to replace my outside unit, let me tell you, my house has never been cooler! ❄️ Not only does the new system work efficiently, but it doesn’t run constantly, which is such a relief. My electric bill used to be around $480-$700 a month, and now it’s down to $280! I can’t wait to see what next month’s bill looks like with all these changes.

Then, he came back to replace my air handler, which used to sound like a freight train! 🚂 Now it’s so quiet, I can hardly tell it’s on. He even installed a UV light inside to combat bacteria and mold, ensuring I have clean air to breathe. What a game-changer!

Peter is not just professional and knowledgeable; he’s also super friendly and kind. I’m truly grateful to have found someone so honest and reliable. He will definitely be my go-to HVAC tech from now on!

And that’s not all! Peter has a ton of handyman skills too. He’s coming back soon to help me with my kitchen cabinet handles and some special lighting installations. I can’t recommend him enough to all my friends and family if you ever need HVAC work or handyman services. You won’t be disappointed!

Do not recommend! Very unprofessional service and very rude service. The workers did not clean up after themselves and smelled like marijuana. Highly do not recommend ANY services from this company. As a paying customer these issues I experienced are unacceptable and no one should encounter these issues.
