So thankful for Quality Air! Our air went out on a Sunday (never happens Monday through Friday during normal business hours) We had a different company come out who diagnosed the problem but we felt as though the real goal was to sell us a new unit to replace our 7 year old unit that was still under warranty. Marc the Quality Air tech came out and repaired our unit. I am a very curious person and tend to ask a lot of questions. Marc patiently answered every one. He is very knowledgeable! Thank you Marc for giving us back AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!!

Fantastic service. The technician arrived at the beginning of the time window when the service was scheduled. He listened to my statement on the symptoms and indicated a preliminary assessment that turned out to be 100% correct. After a quick replacement of a capacitor and a check that the system was cooling properly he quickly wrapped up the process. Explaining about the warranty on their work and answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company for any AC service or repair.

I had a really good experience with Quality Air Plus a couple of months back. I had a different issue this past week. Unfortunately this time the Home Warranty company sent two other Heating and Air companies out before sending Quality Air Plus. These guys were so polite and thorough and the only one of the three who was certified to fix the issue. The next time I have a problem I'll know to ask for them by name.

Great service by Marc Fuentes at my house! Marc put me in a new thermostat that I can control from my phone from any location, he checked out my whole system and picked up on a couple of things that may require future attention due to sloppy installation by another contractor. Marc is honest and reliable and he really knows his stuff!!

We had a problem over the weekend and Radford was dispatched on Monday. He was very helpful, informative, on time and got our system running quickly. He also checked everything out while he was here. Moreover, Quality Air worked directly with our home warranty company for payment. We will use these guys from now on.

Quality Air Plus was contracted by our home warranty company to repair our air conditioner. The air handler was leaning to one side and water was leaking all over our garage floor. Not only did they arrive at the date and time promised, they were able to start work immediately and did a fantastic job. While performing the work, they explained everything to us and kept us informed of any changes, modifications, or additional work that needed to be done. Since we were pleased with the work they did to rectify the problem, we also asked them to upgrade the duct work and install products to reduce the allergens in our home. Brian, Marc, and their staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Their workers always showed up on time and some even worked late to get the job done right. They were able to redesign our system to ensure optimal performance and since the completion of their work, our system has never worked better. We are very confident in recommending Quality Air Plus to anyone who needs a detailed, dependable, and quality-driven company to perform heating and air conditioning services in their home or business.

The company that we have a home warranty through dispatched Marc (Quality Air Plus) to our home to repair our heater. Obviously, in Florida we don't need the heater on very often, but we just brought home our newborn baby girl and were anticipating a low of 48'F. Marc not only worked us in as a priority for the weekend, but came the same day so we wouldn't have to go another night without heat. He was thorough, courteous, and fixed the problem within 1 hour of arrival.

I have used Quality air for maintenance of my older hvac system. As we were doing our home reno, we needed to replace the whole duct system for the house and upgrade the heat system. Marc and his team did an awesome job and kept us very informed on the process as well as the system capabilites. If I ever had a question he would respond with an hour and they always show up when they say they would. I highly recommend using these guys again!

Marc was attentive and responsive concerning getting my A/C up and running. Even though the service stretched over days... he never gave up on following the job through to completion. He came out promptly found the problem explained the issue as well as showed me and then he went over the options to get my AC back up and running. He is a standup and trustworthy man. What an amazing company! Our tech Marc was one of the best i have ever come across! He was very helpful at answering questions, explaining specific issues and he was always available to answer questions or concerns. Quality Air Plus fixed what a lot of other AC companies said could not be fixed with our unit. Very fair with pricing as well!

Marc came out at the request of our home warranty company and did an absolutely phenomenal job letting us know exactly what to expect, what he would recommend, and what he could do for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating it. We'll definitely go with Quality Air Plus again and highly recommend them.

I was having a huge mold problem and got TBS on it immediately! Reagan was so professional and explained everything down to the last detail! 12/10 service
