Amazing work done by the Sherri and James, the technician. Sherri listened and was sympathetic to our problem. They made my investment work! I bought a unit from an Daikin A/C company. That company installed the Daikin Fit unit, but didn't have a clue how to set the unit up. Then ghosted me after taking my money.
Sherri helped me get my unit on line and then passed the job on to James who did the analysis of the machine. Not only did James diagnose the issues, but he was able to start to right the machine from the office. Then the two of them made an appointment for James to come to the house and fix what couldn't be done from the office. While waiting for the appointment Sherri kept us updated on the appointment I received text messages and emails until the appointment was done.
If your looking for great customer service you're going to really enjoy this company.

Customer service is very helpful & friendly. Bart DePury AC and their technicians are honest & are there to help you and not try to upsell you. Our tech, Hans, was able to determine the problem quickly & had us back online within the hour. We didn't have AC for 5 days waiting to hear back from another commercial AC/plumbing company that initially told us it was a major part replacement. We were quoted $3,800 and we would have to wait 2 more weeks on the part. In the end it was an easy minor repair. We are now lifelong customers of Bart DePury AC!

I have been using this company for 10 years and have purchased 2 AC systems from them. Their customer service is excellent. Sherri is always pleasant and knowledgeable. If I have a problem, they come out immediately and fix it. I am in a condo where the space for the unit is tight and the HOA has rules. The techs deal with it. Never a complaint. Always courteous, respectful, and personable. They protect the area and clean up before they leave. Their prices are very reasonable and they follow up to make sure I am satisfied. I wouldn't call anyone else! Cannot beat the customer service!!

I am a building contractor who has used Bart DePury Air Conditioning for a couple of decades. I had an HVAC calamity at my own home last week, and they did everything possible to get me up and running quickly. Now I know why my client have been signing their praises!!!

Sherri and the technician were awesome. A quick quote and an appointment was scheduled for afternoon and he showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. 45 minutes, no wasted time and he was done. Fair pricing and quality work. When they say they aim for customer satisfaction, they truly do! I was fearful my unit was going to fail during the cold snap as it was making some awful noise and they were able to pinpoint and solve quickly. I will definitely use them again.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable about my unit. He pointed out a few things that would need to be repaired in the near future but were still working OK now, he offered to do the repairs now or wait untill the parts failed. I opted to do the repairs now and save another service call fee. I'm very happy with my service and will be using Bart Depury air again.

Everything went very well I was well pleased with the service they replaced the parts that needed replacing and now my heating unit is working at Peak efficiency I would definitely use Wilson again
