Wilson Heating & Air is the best. I won’t use anyone else for my heating and air needs! They are professionals that take pride in their work. Nor do they overcharge for their work.

I live on Lake Conway and my outside heat pump has been flooded twice now. Mike has been able to clean it and get it back in operation both times. He is fair and honest. I would not use anyone else and I highly recommend him.

Very honest, came the same day I called, charged a very reasonable price. You’re at the mercy of trades when something you don’t understand goes wrong. Some have tried to tell me to replace a unit when a second opinion proved them wrong. Mike is completely honest, great service, and reasonably priced. Will use him again.

We are cool again in this extreme heat by the service of Wilson Heat and Air technician Joey Martin. He was very professional calling ahead and making sure we were home and letting us know the appropriate time he would get to us in his very busy schedule. He was so nice as he answered our questions and was working as hard and fast as possible to get us cooling and to get on to the other customers on his long list. Wilson’s have always been caring and responsive with professional service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

After observing cold spots in certain rooms, I asked for air duct cleaning, and technician Brandon performed a thorough examination. He pointed out that dust and building debris had nearly blocked some vents. Additionally, he cleaned the dryer vent, getting rid of enough lint to fill a small bag. He immediately carried out mold treatment after discovering mold in one of the basement vents throughout the procedure.

The most honest a c company you will find. Excellent.

Not Proessional/ Poor Performance

This all from a phone call. I still have the message saved in my voicemail . I wish I could put it on here so you all could hear. I had just called just to see if they can service my AC. Last month in March said they was to busy. I left a message on v/m for them to return call. I received a call back from Denise with a long message saying they’re too busy to service my AC at this time. So I called back and spoke to the wife, seem like she was a little aggravated that I called to ask for service wasn’t pleasant I didn’t think that was necessary. I just wanted to know because this is the first time we had to deal with them to come out to service our AC but because their name is on the air conditioning that’s why I wanted to have them services due to the fact we have a warranty. So she made it very clear that there’s no way in the world they could service my AC , you have go call somebody we are way too busy and we have. Wife said we haven’t been out there in three years we only been in house 2 so she was getting a little loud so said ok. Thank for your time and she hung up. I am going to call someone else with a little bit more humbleness and courtesy & customer service respect.

Got their information from my husband's grandmother. Have had to have them come out twice for AC issues and Ronnie arrived much quicker than expected. They do honest work for an honest price!

Heard of them by word of mouth, had an emergency on a Sunday, with a 2 year old at home. House was 86 degrees! Called and Denise was able to very quickly set up a time with us! Ronnie came over immediately and was able to fix our problem! Was honest, thorough and very reasonably priced! Seriously, can’t thank this business and Ronnie/Denise enough! Will definitely recommend!!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. We had our AC go out late in the evening and Ronnie was quick to arrive and solve the problem with kindness, honesty and professionalism. We are so grateful, and couldn't recommend more!
