The company came to install a PTAC for us within a day or so of contacting them. The technicians were prompt and polite, explained what they were doing. Explained the use and maintenance of the system.

The technician arrive quickly on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Marc F. was polite and knowledgeable. He identified the problem of a clogged drain line, showed me how to maintain it, cleared it, and cleaned up the funk that had shot out of the outside line. I am pleased and will schedule annual maintenance with this company.
