I couldn’t be happier with Aitken’s service! They arrived quickly, diagnosed my Moms issue and had her AC back up and running again in no time. The technician was knowledgeable, personable and respectful.

I will definitely be using Aitken’s again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and efficient AC or appliance repair!

I had used the same a/c co for 20+yrs before moving to my condo almost 7yrs ago. During the move, I saw that the seller was having a new system installed in my unit. Logic suggests that I use the service putting in the new system...ergo, Air Control (A/C) Services, Inc. I LOVE consistency. When I call with a question or schedule my annual service, I get Dennis. When my service is being done, I get Dwayne. When Dwayne came last week, I enjoyed watching him train a new employee, a responsibility I have many years doing for my employers. He was excellent in his step-by-step guide, eye contact after each step, the explanations of when and why. His student was learning from a pro. As Dwayne was doing this using my unit, a neighbor was watching him, and she asked for a card so she could call. A/C Services is definitely top notch...thank you Dennis and Dwayne.

Everyone was friendly, professional and very quickly responded to get the job done ASAP! Highly recommend them!

Work trucks drive with no regard for anyone else on the road, please be aware

Arley and his team are extremely honest, qualified, and reasonably priced. We will never use anyone else for our A/C needs.

The vehicle of this company (plate NZY N17) was going over 80mph on a 60mph. The driver is driving recklessly and road rage. I had my 6months old baby in the car.

Best ac repair guy Dwyane was outstanding! We had leaking from the ceiling, he came quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up. Told me what was wrong, how he fixed it and what to do to keep it running well. He even cleaned outside ac also he used social distancing. Thank you for your service best ever!

I got home Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. and notice my house was warm. The thermostat said 84. I called this company right away, I spoke to Dennis He was at my house in less than an hour. He checked out my system and replaced the capacitor. I have several animals in my home that were panting. I was more worried about them than anything else, he was very professional ,very friendly, and he got the job done Thank you again Dennis You're the best!.. PS.. I'm waiting on your quote for a new system.

One of their employees in a company van tail gated me and tried running me off the highway. Not very smart or a good look for your company. Might want to consider monitoring a GPS in your company vehicles.

Unfortunately there was only a single lane to be in in this situation. Glad to see you're on the defense though. I'll try to drive on the shoulder of the road to meet your company's needs!
There was already heavy damage to the front of your company vehicle if that tells you anything. Maybe a prior incident with a citizen? Who knows. All I can say is watch out when you see air services on the roadways. You may be their next target.

Definitely would recommend! They came out on a weekend to inspect my broken a/c . By Monday my a/c was repaired. I’m a first time home owner and they even took the time to educate me on air conditioners and proper maintenance. Very impressed! I also like that they are family owned. Happy to support local business

Denis from ACS came to my home and fixed the problem. He didn't spend time trying to up sell me. He was honest, pleasant, and professional. It could not have gone any better unless it was free! USE THEM. CALL THEM TODAY!

UPDATE:
James for ACS was sent by God to my home. It was the hottest week of the year and my AC quit. it was 92 degrees in the house. I called on a Saturday morning. I was thinking that I was not going to see anyone until Monday, but a couple of hours after I got off the phone with Denis, James knocked on my door. Long story sort ( too late) James repaired was was broken and got us up and running. His kindness and professionalism is second to none. If you are looking for great AC people, I know a guy!

It continues... Dewayne showed up on time. Listened to what I had to say. Fixed our unit was awesome and professional. 5/5 stars AGAIN!!

I have been in Tampa since 1976. It took many dishonest companies to take advantage of me before I found this company. I have rentals and a primary home, so my needs are more than most. I thank God for bringing me this company who has always treated me fairly and with kindness and respect. I only hope that I can benefit their reputation as well as benefit any new customers that come their way. In our world today, it's not easy to find a fair and reputable company. I just want them to stay in business and continue to do the fair and good work for others.

I have been using Air Control Services for over 10 years and they have never let me down. Professional family owned and operated business. They are knowledgeable , efficient and honest. I hate referring any business as it always seems to bit me, but with these guys I never hesitate. Thank you!

Absolutely everything went perfectly! From the initial phone call to schedule a service appointment... to our technician, James, who did an amazing quality job!
