My mother called this business today and and evidently the owner hung up on her after being disrespectful and making snide comments to her inquiries. My mother was inquiring about specials and was comparing a similar service price for a regular AC check up from another ac business because like most senior citizens she has to watch her income. If the owner will hang up on a senior citizen for looking out for her purse, just imagine the rail roading he's going to give a normal person looking for an honest AC tech and company. Don't do business with companies that treat our most vulnerable with such distain and disrespect.

I have been extremely pleased with the service from MMAC. I have used them many times over the years for my home and business and each time they are polite, professional, honest, and fair. I highly recommend them for installation or repair.

Was a great company when Caleb owned it. He sold it the first of the year and the new company does not answer their phones, all calls go to voice mail. They have not shown up to complete the routine maintenance we paid for last year and I presume we are out half of the maintenance fee we paid them. Time to find a new service company.

My family has used MMAC for years & continues to be completely satisfied with their service & response time. We also invested in a maintenance plan with them to keep our older a/c running like a champ all year long. Would definitely recommend.

Service was requested in the morning, they said before 12pm the technician was going to arrive, before 2pm this person went to the wrong address in the same plaza were my business is and the technician didn’t even call to verify and left. When calling the company to ask again a time to plan the rest of my day since it was already 95 degrees inside muy business and it was a busy afternoon, the lady on the phone couldn’t give me an answer, the person was really rude over the phone and not helpful at all, but the worst part was that she actually hanged up on me.

Could not be happier with service, competency AND clear explanation that helped me understand the problem, the solution and what I was paying for.

Depury AC sent someone out to assess the problem immediately. It was an emergency situation because an extremely ill person was coming home from the hospital. Ordered a needed electrical panel and installed it right away. Serviceman Jim, thank you!

Absoltutley the worst ac company out there. Our ac was blowing hot air , they come out and say we need new ductwork but they don't do that and charged us for a service call. Called another ac company, they came out and said we needed a new unit, it was 20 years old. They installed it now we have cold air.

Update: Very disappointed. They did not take accountability for their mistake which caused damage to my house. I do not trust their work.
