He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in clear detail, making sure we fully understood what needed to be done. He encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted and answered each one with patience and professionalism. His friendly attitude and thorough approach made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. The work performed was excellent, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. I need my 1964 electrical box replace. My friend recommended ACree.
Connor gave an estimate for the box change. Later he found that the meter box has no ground line. This was over looked by Teco. He replaced the meter box and put in the additional ground line and rod without additional charge. He is very kind person. I am retired and the house got flood in 2024 so the money is tight. I will recommend Mr Connor to all my friend and family. Please call ACree and asking for Connor. ACree is my exclusive service provider in the future.

The technician Jorge Ortiz was very thorough, worked hard, and was knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars. Acree would have also received 5 stars had they been upfront about the cost of a tune-up. I called about the $49 tune up. When the tech arrived I also mentioned I was only interested in the $49 tune-up Acree was offering. However come payment time it was $59. Apparently they charge a $10 fee and don’t tell you upfront about it. I would have had no problem paying $59 for the service I received but just disclose that to me. Other than that they communicated well with me and showed up early for my appointment.

Warning, this is the finish work on a $22000+ plumbing re-pipe of an 1100 sq. ft. home with 2 bathrooms on 50th Pl S. They failed 3 rough in inspections and the drawer on our vanity will not close due to p-trap being installed incorrectly. Many Many more pics to come! Wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy.

A/C unit had to be replaced. Anthony Kell and his team arrived on time in the morning. He introduced himself and his team and they started right away. The job was done in a professional way. Everyone knew their job and you could see it as the day progressed. The finished system looks and preforms better than my original system. I couldn’t be happier. Great job by all. Thank you Anthony and team.

The technicians I dealt with were fine, but this company has really poor follow-up. You're going to have to chase them down to get anything accomplished.

My AC stopped working suddenly on a Friday afternoon. Acree had availability for the following afternoon. The technician arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't something he could address immediately He provided a quote but couldn't tell me when someone would be back and recommended I call on Monday. I did so and the person answering the phone seemed to have no record that a technician was already out but made an appointment for the repair on Tuesday. I crossed my fingers that the repair tech would have what he needed and he did. At the end of the appointment, he explained that he had to order a line set cover because he had to cut it to access the repair site and that someone would be in touch in about a week.

It's now been over two weeks and when I called back, it didn't seem like the line cover was being handled appropriately and I was assured someone would check into it and get back to me. Well, surprisingly no one has contacted me and my repair is still incomplete 2+ weeks and multiple phone calls later. This picture shows how they left the repair site.

Anselmo Betancourt, was very professional, and very knowledgeable. While here on my service call he had a fellow co worker, in training. The manner in which he corresponded to him and the detail in his teaching was very calm, while giving as much attention to the the knowledge that the individual would ever need to do the job. I must say I was so impressed. He is definitely a tremendous asset to your company and to the field itself. Thank you for a good job and great service

Caldeco is one of the best air conditioning companies my mom or I have ever used. The service men are very respectful and efficient workers. The unit itself is extremely nice and works wonderfully. If you are looking for a central unit for your home, I strongly suggest Caldeco Mechanical Services Inc.

Paulin's service was perfect! He arrived about a half hour early and took care of the clogged toilet in minutes. He honored my $80 off coupon and waived the service fee reducing the financial pain by 30%! Then he recommended a long term solution. I look forward to taking advantage of that with ACree!
