Awesome fast service and they cleaned up after themselves. Hauled off the old as well.. Had a new air conditioner put in and a new hot water heater. Amazing work.

Did a poor job installing a new unit. Had to involve state to get a proper install done. He did a beautiful job the second time however new unit has a faulty part and was told about it and refuses to fix it . Was told about it right away and said it was everything but what it actually is. Still no ac and now fuse is blown because if the faulty part . Yes he was so kind to help with drywall pieces when a leak was discovered after state came out and saw the awful job he had done on the first halfway install he did . But other than that, do not recommend. Now I have to pay another person to repair his work. When his name is mentioned ppl laugh and say that's what I get for hiring him. Worst part is other contractors refuse to touch his work because of shotty electrical or some other thing they say. So after everything I'm still without air conditioning at all. His feble attempt at cleaning out the vents with a stick on a string busted holes all through my vents as well. So now that's further repairs I have to pay more for. It's just fabulous. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Wish these guys actually had some integrity in their work, as opposed to just trying to make money off people. My rental company setup an appointment for a cleaning of our AC. They came out and did nothing and said the unit needs to be cleaned and charged $250. In what world is this how you do business? We asked for the cleaning to be done. Don’t trust this business at all!

Terrible service. They have been at my house for two days, and told me they had fixed my heater. The very next morning my heater is broken again, and I contacted their dispatch. Dispatch took my contact information down, and told me they were forwarding this information to a tech and he would contact me. This tech shows up 30 mins later with no phone call and proceeds to allow himself into my home without any warning. I was very alarmed, and proceeded to tell him he should have contacted me. To which he rudely responds "well I've been knocking for 10 minutes." Which is untrue, I have cameras. He then raised his voice and told me he was going to leave and started cursing. I told him please leave, and then he says "well I don't want you guys to freeze, this is my job" This is in no way acceptable. Keep your personal problems at home, and stay out of mine unless you have permission from me.
