Great service. We had a new furnace and central air installed. Every employee we dealt with was Professional, Courteous and Friendly. We are very pleased with their work.

I called around 8AM as our AC wasn't working. They showed up a few hours later and within 10 minutes my AC was back working. Amazing service, the technician was very nice and explained exactly what was wrong and had the part on his truck. 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Fuhrmann!!!

We had them come and quote our job and liked the price so we scheduled the job. When they sent the bill it was 20% higher than the quote. When we questioned what the difference was for they had no explanation and I had to call several times for someone to call us back on this issue. The men that came were nice and courteous and did a good job. Buyer beware of their quotes.

I just want to say what an absolutely phenomenal team you have at Fuhrmanns. We bought our house in January and have had both your plumbers and heating and cooling techs out and they have all been absolutely amazing. I don't want to forget about your office staff either. Every time we call they are pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. We can't say enough wonderful things about your team and we always recommend you. Keep up the good work!

*update* (7/1/23) I have finally used them! They fixed a leaking shower/put in a new stall and did a fantastic job with it all. I also had them install another outside spigot; hook up a dishwasher; and move hookups and drains around for a tub and add a shower/build a wall for another bathroom. Lots of work to do and they did great! The guys are very nice and quiet and kept me in the loop. If there were any misunderstandings, it was pretty much 99% my fault but definitely rectified/explained. Thank you very much!

I know I have a couple of other things in mind to have done eventually and I know who I'll contact.

Needed a new heat pump system after the old one died. Friends recommended hvac installers in the area, and this team stood out. They came out, assessed the space, discussed options that fit our budget and house size, and scheduled installation quickly. The crew arrived on time, worked neatly, and finished in one day. The new unit cools evenly and runs much quieter. They walked us through the new thermostat and settings. Energy usage has dropped noticeably. Smooth process from quote to completion.

Needed my air fixed came out the same day and took care of it...

I had no idea how much lint was trapped in my dryer vent until I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning. The technician removed years of buildup, which was a major fire hazard. My dryer now works much more efficiently, and my laundry dries in half the time. I will make this an annual service from now on.

When the AC unit stopped blowing cold air, an AC repair was required. After determining the problem, the compressor's coolant was refilled and the filters were replaced, restoring cooling in no time.

Blower cleaning improved airflow throughout the house. The HVAC system no longer struggles to push air through the vents. The entire home cools down faster now.

I called yesterday and the lady I talked to was sooooo nice! My Dads furnace had quit during the night and they came out that day, the man who came out went above and beyond to get his heat going again and we appreciated all they did. Absolutely wonderful service.

I made an appointment and they never showed up. Called the office numerous times and said they were going to have the manager call me. Never did I get a call. There was a baby crying in the background when I called. Not a professional company. Can’t say anything about the quality of work because they never came. Giving them until tomorrow morning to make good on their customer service otherwise don’t recommend. All the food has spoiled in my fridge!
