Luckily I got Scott as my tech, he serviced my mom's recently and she was adimate that he was the best. Mom was right. In all my yrs, I've never seen anyone come close to his performance. He's calm and thorough. He spent a lil over 2 hours for just my annual maintenance. I've seen techs gone usually in a half hour. He checked everything. Lastly, he found a problem part that should be replaced and now while I'm in warranty. I could not be more impressed.

Greg was a great technician. He taught us a few things and fixed our issues very quickly!

Kasey was not only a good technician, but clearly stated our options for service vs. purchasing a new unit. He was timely, polite, and easy to work with in our situation. He was a five star technician for a 3 star company.

Marcus, Warren, and Kevin were our technicians that were able to problem solve and fix our AC in a very professional manner. Appreciate their efforts to fix the AC the right way without cutting corners.

Love Austin definitely a real asset to Hale’s AC. Competent and caring that we were satisfied with his service. Definitely, impressed with this young man. Hope to see him again if we need any AC. Really like Mitchell and Aaron salesmen too. They both followed up multiple times to see if we had any more questions on the quote. Really dissatisfied with Cox AC salesperson Kerry. She did not follow up and seemed uninterested in writing the deal. Go with Hale’s AC.

Our technician with Hales Christopher was polite, pleasant and kind. He was on time and called ahead just as we had asked him to do. He performed the maintenance on our system efficiently and showed us pictures of the item that was replaced. We were very satisfied.

At 9:30 on a Saturday nite we realized our AC drain line was clogged and was overflowing. We immediately called Hales AC and a technician was scheduled for first thing Sunday. At 8:30 am their technician came and fixed our problem…… The technician Stefan was knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly…. Hales AC is great.

Kasey was wonderful, provided great service and kept us updated on the scheduled appointment time and work completed.

Robert came out and checked our unit out and explained everything to us. He was very interested in our best interests. Really appreciate how thorough he was and all the information he gave us so we could make the right decision as to our next step.

Hales AC is great! They installed my unit 4 years ago and whatever I need they are there to help! It does help to do the yearly maintenance plan! Greg just came out and was great!

Our A/C unit went out in the middle of the night on the hottest week of the year. I was able to call, speak to a live agent, and schedule a tech to come out in the morning. The technician, KC, called me first thing in the morning, and said he was on his way. KC was so nice, so professional, quick, and took extra time to offer recommendations and tips for keeping our home cool. We are very grateful to KC, and the team over at Hales.

I had Accidentally crimped the low side line on a mini split AC that I was installing. I thought I was going to need to have the flare fitting re-soldered at the very least. Prior to the technician Robert showing up I was able to straighten out the crimped line. I was been able to get the system to hold a vacuum. Robert showed up and he was honest. He evaluated the system and advise me that since the line that was crimped was on the low side, and most of the deformity had been fixed and since it held a vacuum He recommended that we not replace the line or the flare. He recommended that we pressure test system with nitrogen. Robert from Hale’s AC was honest fair and Affordable I would recommend them to family and friends any day.

Our AC was making terrible noises and very hot. It was 10 pm at night. Hale's had a technician there at 11:30 pm. Cody quickly diagnosed the issue and went back to the shop to get the correct parts. It was fixed by 1 am very thankful

Our AC stopped working at 3 AM on a Friday night. I called Hale’s AC early Saturday morning. I never thought I’d speak to anyone and Emma answered. Within 2 hours she had technician Nickolas here to access at the AC. As we feared, it was beyond hope. New unit being installed next week. Thank you for the great reliable service.

I called for service in the afternoon and Hale's A/C was able to have tech Robert Duke there at 0800 the next morning. Robert kept me informed of the issues with my system prior to making the repairs, as well as recommending any potential shortfalls in my system. As I live outside of Florida, I was very happy and impressed with the detail provided by Robert.
I highly recommend Hale's A/C.

Kasey did a great job testing and explaining the system was on its last leg and needed replaced. He recommended a new Goodman 3 ton unit that will be installed tomorrow at what seems to be a fair price with a 10 year warranty.

Eric did an awesome job and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Driver of a company truck cut me and several others off in traffic on I-4. When another truck honked at him he was yelling and making obscene gestures. Terrible representation of a business in my opinion
