As an electrical engineer and licensed contractor, I am a very demanding client. Affordable Air Solutions exceeded my expectations. Even though they were upgrading the AC system in my home, I suggested modifications which would only be found in commercial and industrial installations - and to my disbelief, they did it without asking for additional money! Their goal was to make their customer happy with a quality installation, on a timely basis and providing excellent workmanship. They installed an Amana system, 4ton, 18 SEER, 7 years ago, and Patrick the owner even came out and did the final checkup to make sure everything was done right! (He did that twice) I also took the extended labor warranty to have a full 10 year everything coverage, which I thought was very reasonable! I also asked them to place Armorflex around items that drip in the condenser and they did that for me no problem! The unit has been great all these years until a few months ago!...I started with a smaller GMC system about 8 years ago, and that system is still working great in a rental house in Pinellas County! So the evaporator developed a leak in the attic, air handler, and Emilio was the tech on the project. He was great, they charged up the Freon a few times, (over 2-3 weeks) while Goodman tried getting us a huge evap coil, which was right in the middle of the pandemic! So all that went great up and running, and then a week later the AH Fan motor started smelling a burning in the house! To make a long story short, they got a motor the next day, Emilio installed, and all is Great, and I didn't spend another $dime$ after the "very first call" of the diagnosis and initial Freon add to get me cool again! Everything under the Warranty.....about $4000 in work! ...Thank you Affordable Air...YOU ROCK, and you will do all my HVAC work again, from now on! (11 Systems!) Forgot to mention....Brooke in the office was "Awesome", kept me up to date on everything, every minute of Progress, for about 4 weeks, continuous!

Emilio and John were at my neighbor's house doing a repair job (which was excellent, the neighbor told me)... We had started talking over the fence and I asked about having some maintenance work done. He was able to come to my house when done with my neighbor, and gave my system a thorough check-up. Emilio was super nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did such an awesome job that I contracted the company to re-do my duct system, which I had been putting off for too long due to bad experience with previous A/C company. Thank you so much for your expertise, and now I know there is a company out there to do quality work with well-qualified technicians who actually care about their customers! 5 Big Stars !!

very very disrespectful . The lady in the phone called me 4 times on the same morning g they were coming to ask me if i was still home . I said yes mam i am . guy comes to my house remember i’ve stayed home because of this issue . they say yeah we can’t do it and leave . a week later a spanish guy comes out knocks on my door and says “im here ac” my dog got out so im yelling at my dog to come inside mind you i say its right there behind you literally 6 feet away . I go back inside he leave with a attitude. Dispatcher lady that is disrespectful calls me and says he’s refusing service we can get a tech out there monday i said ok i have a business to run are they going to fix this because i have to be home right ? she said well we don’t know that “ ! I said that’s why im telling you . so very unprofessional do not let these people fix your ac they don’t want to work and are very disrespectful.

I Live in Chicago and was looking to Replace a 14-year-old Goodman Air Handler and AC Condenser in my Clearwater Condo, I never had an issue with the original equipment so I went with Goodman again based on my prior experience (never had Issue or break down). I found a Goodman dealer called Affordable Air Solutions in Tampa Florida on the internet and gave them a call. I spoke with Amanda and explained my needs and wants and explained I had a few other quotes. She took all the info and gave me a call back with a very fair price (wasn't the cheapest or most expensive). We set up the install for when I was coming down in three weeks. She took care of the permits and gave me great confidence in the Company. On the date of install the installers showed up on time and got to work. The installers (Maurice & Tim) where clean careful and did a GREAT JOB.
The next day they had one of their quality control guys come out to inspect and notified the City the job was complete. When the Inspector from the city came out he related the Installers did a Awesome Job and I definitely used a good company (he wasn't familiar with them) and found NO problems.
I would definitely Recommend Goodman Equipment and Affordable Air Solutions for your HVAC Install.

The office staff is wonderful. Ten years ago when they helped my mom and a few months ago when they helped my grandmother. They found us the most affordable units. The office staff is understanding and willing to work with customers to make things as affordable as possible. Amazing service! I had my older A/C unit replaced with a new unit and could not be more pleased with the professional and fast installation.
