Called hales AC because I've used them before. The technician came out to say say that I needed to replace my unit. I called hales again to get another tecs opinion (it was the same tec) again i need a new unit. Called a second company to get another opinion, low insulation in my attic. Had it blown and AC is good as new.

Cody arrived on time. He explained the service he provided and recommended ways to better maintain our A/C. He was courteous and professional. We will use Hales again.

We were grateful they were able to get there quickly and fixed the problem quickly. I did feel they were upselling many things that were nice but not necessary to get it up and running. The thermostat he installed was severely over priced for something I could have done if I were there for close to nothing. He kind of used fear to try to sell us things we really didn’t need right now.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Hales. They were able to provide service in a timely manner. Even though we had an issue after the first service call the second technician came very quickly and corrected the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased w the service we received. Cody the technician arrived in a timely fashion and was smart, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and courteous. We fixed the urgent issue and notified us of some issues that may arise in the near future based on his assessment. He returned the next day to fix those issues. We are beyond pleased and highly recommend! If there was a 10 star option I would choose that.

I had new ac unit installed Jan 2020 by Air Strike. Guaranteed 10 yr parts, 5 yr labor warranty. They were sold to parent company of Hales AC who took over their accounts. My AC went out 4/25/24. Called Hales 1st thing next am. They said would be out next afternoon 4:30pm. Never made it, even though they promote same day service. Never got to me until afternoon of next day, 4/27. Took 2 hours to say needed capacitor and fan motor. Didn’t have it, so would come back Monday, 4/29. Even though they promote “fully stocked trucks”. Didn’t make it on Monday until late morning. Replaced capacitor and everything worked fine. Didn’t need a fan motor. Was told warranty not honored for Air Strike. Wanted to charge $550! Negotiated down to $385. This is for a $25 part!!! Highway robbery!!

We've been using Hales A/C since 2021. In addition to providing near instantaneous support, Hales technicians are very professional, knowledgable, friendly, respectful of property, extreme helpful and will go above and beyond compared to other a/c companies I've dealt wither the last 20 years. Angelo just left after doing a 5 Star systems check. He as extremely professional and competed. I highly recommend Hales for all your HVAC needs.
