Had a bathtub drain issue. The plumber they sent out was very professional and even answered unrelated questions that we had as new home owners. I would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my central air during a high temp period. I called them early afternoon, and they had a truck at my house the next morning. Great response time.

Asked them to do a job they came out and I told the people how I wanted it they decided to do it there own way and got the ok by some one living with me that has no power to give the ok and then they end up putting the bill in his name so now they refuse to fix it because
Supposedly the job is not mine even tho I was the one to give the ok to do the job and I am the one that is supposed to pay the bill now they are just rud as ever to me any time I try to have it fix but they want paid for the job even tho it’s not done to how I asked them to do before they started

Your service is garbage. My parents had you over after I knew the motor was shot. Said nothing was wrong Your business is supposed to replace their furnace. I'm going to talk them out of it. Apparently the whole house has to shake for a motor to be bad.

12/14/2021 5:45pm The furnace stop WORKING...called. The on-call tech answered.and within an hour arrived fixed the problem in 15 minutes...now. I am able to sleep nice and warm...Thank you so much...GREAT SERVICE ALL THE TIME

Not impressed at all. Was fine first day when I was home. Second day didn't clean up after themselves in the basement. And thought it was a good idea to drive across our yard after getting over a inch of rain. Leaving ruts and digging up our new grass.

They are always 100% professional with excellent service. Every technician we have ever dealt with was responsive to the situation and worked hard to offer a solution. I cant say the same for many service industries / companies these days.

Cheaper prices. Receptionists are rather rude. The technician did take the time to answer a few questions but he was on the phone a couple of times one asking questions about what to do and then it went into personal conversation with another technician. There was no protective booties to go on the the shoes so there was snow being tracked into our home.

Schedule furnace check for over a month out and receive a call at 2p that is needs to be rescheduled. Disrespectful for the working person. This happened multiple times over the last couple years. WOULD NOT recommend when furnace check takes 5 minutes. The tech doesn't even know they were the installers and speaks poorly about the furnace initially. Not impressed at all.

Had the owner come out and give me a estimate. He told me within a few weeks for sure. After calling close to 10 times, waiting 6 weeks, and getting the run around from their receptionist saying she “would talk to the guys and get back to me”, she never called back. I decided to hire another company that actually wanted my money and could get back to me. And I ended up paying much less that what furman quoted me. Would not recommend.

Eric my furnace repair tech was top notch, so great, very knowledgeable and not only inspected and cleaned our Carrier furnace but helped reset all of our ducting baffles to tweak the heat flow room to room, highly recommend Fuhrmann H & C.
