My old R22 unit was constantly leaking, and after Alfred revealed the problem to me I decided to bite the bullet, and get the system replaced. The quote was $5K less than others, so I scheduled the install right away. The installers were nice and took care to not mess up the house. They were very professional, and completed the work in about 6.5 hours. This was an attic install, which must be the worst for these guys. I reached out to AAS, because they advertise 'Veteran owned', and being one myself, I feel better giving them my business. I am very happy with AAS and rate them as highly recommended. Thanks J

Neil is an HVAC expert who I owe a great deal to. I contacted him through an AI search looking for HVAC design expertise. He helped me through a terrible HVAC installation and is now designing my new system. If you don't think HVAC design is important, I can show you my system installed 2 years ago that has mold growing in the supply plenum, an air handler that leaks so much air the system has to work extra hard to supply air throughout my house, and leaky ductwork that has basically spewed all the blown-in insulation from my attic through my house. I had that work done by a very large company that was considered reputable. Neil pointed out the list of deficiencies and code violations and helped me get all my money back. This company was not going that route initially but having people in my corner like Neil helped me achieve that win. You cannot argue with data. Now I am working with him in designing my new system properly and am going with his recommendation for the installation. I learned that going with large companies (even with good reviews) does not ensure a successful installation. The installer I had knew nothing about Florida HVAC code and was recently promoted to manager of the install team.
