Following Hurricane Milton, we returned to our home on Manasota Key only to discover that our AC wasn't working well. It was very late, hot, and humid when I called Grande Aire for assistance. The next morning a GA technician was at our unit and our AC was back in action. The tech was competent, informative, and friendly. Appreciate the great service!

We had several issues while installing a new Lenox AC unit for my elderly parents. These gentlemen were hard working, honest and professional. We also have their maintenance plan and would recommend them to others.

I just wanted to say thank you to Cody for coming out and performing a routine maintenance service on our nine-year-old system. We just wanted to get ahead of the hot summer months and make sure that our system was working properly. The AC unit was installed and seems to be working fine. We’ve had it in for several months. I went to change the filter and couldn’t get the old filter out. I tried several things and it seemed that something was catching on the back of the filter and wouldn’t allow me to remove it. I called Grand air, and the technician didn’t quite believe me that I had an issue he reluctantly said that they would send somebody out to look at it. The technician didn’t come the first day that he said he would but the second day that he said he would, and upon inspection he found that the inside of the unit had slipped off the track and was sitting on the filter. He was able to slide the unit back into the track so that the filter was could be removed freely. I’m glad that I found the problem before we headed north for the summer as I’m sure the unit would have leaked if left in the present position.

I really appreciated the hard work Avery did to get our zone system working again. He had a friendly demeanor and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. The company repaired the system and was fair in thier charges. I feel well taken care of. I highly recommend thier services! Thank you Grande Aire!
