My name is Kevin my new A/C system heat wasn't working. The unit was 4 months past warranty and I didn't have money to fix. And service worked with me and fixed it for free which was GREAT. The service technician Jeffery Pankowski was GREAT , very professional and got unit working quickly. My heat is working and my family and I can be comfortable and aren't freezing anymore. And service are great people and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again And service for doing me right and doing great job.

I really appreciate the availability of AND Services. I had a burned high-voltage wire in my HVAC unit that happened this morning. I got a technician within hours. My technician Q was very professional and took time to explain what needed to be done and got my unit running in no time. Thanks Q!

Outstanding service in record time. Keven was wonderful explaining and answering questions and walking our daughter through the process of qualifying for financing options. Josh and Joe completed the installation of a new AC unit, handler and thermostat. Tomorrow Kevin and Diego will install new duct work. We are overjoyed and very satisfied with the work, great customer service and scheduled F/U with a 10 year warranty.
Kevin and Diego installed new AC ducts in the attic of our 50 year old home with very challenging limited work space. They worked tirelessly with great attention to detail. On a Saturday, I reached out to 4-5 other companies, but either they couldn’t schedule me until Monday or they wanted to charge an outrageous service fee ($180+) to come out over the weekend. AND Services was the first company that was able to send someone (Andrei) the same day to provide a FREE estimate.

Andrei had a few jobs lined up before mine and he wasn’t able to make it within 2-4 hours as initially suggested; however, the company kept me updated every couple of hours with a status on his arrival, which I really appreciated.

Andrei was very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed trustworthy. After assessing the situation, he recommended replacing the entire electrical meter box and bringing it up to code. The estimate was higher than I expected at $6,900, but Andrei reassured me that they would price match any competitor’s estimate. Once we agreed on pricing, he even took the extra step of rewiring a few components in the meter base to ensure my safety until the permit was approved and the replacement could be completed on Wednesday.

Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend both AND Services and Andrei for any future electrical needs.

My well pump froze during the the last freeze we had. I had already done some research online to see if I could fix the issue. What I found online was it could be my pressure switch, pressure gauge, or my check valve. I replaced my pressure switch and it did not correct the issue. My pressure gauge was reading that it had pressure, so I didn't replace that. I called AND Service to set up a service call. I was told someone would be out in 2 to 4 hours. It was at the 6 hour time mark that the tech showed up. The tech asked how old my pump was, I told him it had been replaced last year. At that point, he just told me to have the pump replaced because it would still be under warranty. T is not under warranty, as he sssumed. I then asked him if it could be the pressure guage that was the problem. He said that it was reading pressure, so it was still good. At no time did he do anything other than walk around my pump. He didn't check anything and never asked for the pump to be turned on. I bought a new pump and installed it. Replace the pressure guage and everything. The old pressure guage that he said was accurate is no longer attached to anything and is reading 35 psi. Overall, it was waiting 6 hours to be told just to replace the pump because it is under warranty, without checking anything.

Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and listened to what we needed to get our business. He did a thorough job pin pointing the problem we have with our A/C system. We had 2 other companies come inspect our issue, but neither one went into our attic to figure out the real issue. He did a great job

Alex and Angel were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire service. Not only did they do a great job with our AC unit, they were conscientious of our privacy and home by constantly knocking to get our attention and wearing protective gear on their shoes. We will forever use this company and would love to have both Alex and Angel back to help!

Luis & Sandy did an amazing job installing our two ceiling fans! They were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything worked perfectly before they left.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Durman and his work team Mauro Guillermo and Rodny did excellent work for my friend Remy he had been without electricity for 25 days and Durman arrived that day and he explained to him what he was going to do. And he finished all the work he removed the old system and installed the new one it seemed that it could not be terminal in a day but he did it they finished it thanks to them I have electricity again Mr. Remy promised Durman that he was going to make this comment but he did not have an account that's why I do it many thanks to AND Servises

Hendrick, our service person, was wonderful! He was on time, very professional, and took the time to explain what the issues were, showing me each one. He also went over the various options to replace the unit I had, as it was old and needed extensive repairs. I ended up purchasing a new unit, after going over each option in detail. The price for the unit was very reasonable. I look forward to working with And Services, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good company.

Durman and Guillermo the electricians were very extraordinary pair that excelled & took extremely good care of us our home and ALL our Electrical needs. Every thing was picked up & left Very clean. Had a mini split installed in our garage, they did a fantastic job. Did exactly what we wanted and did not leave any mess took all empty boxes with them. The price was great . Everyone i talked to said the price was really good for what we wanted, they even showed us how to work the remote . If you need anything done . I would really recommend this company. Thanks
