After Hurricane Helene, we had a non-hurricane related issue with out AC. Everyone was backed up with work. 3H was able to get to me the same day within a couple hours of calling. They fixed my problem quickly. Signed up for a maintenance visit in 6 months as well.

London was great. He got the new system up and running and he, Charles (?), and Jeremy (?) Left everything buttoned up and cleaned up. They worked very well together. Most pleasant experience. Noah installed a whole house filter system and checked everything out. He found our breakers were over sized from our old system. The service tech Ulee came out a couple days later and replaced them with new breakers. Waiting on final inspection, but so far we are very pleased with our choice of 3H AC!!!

This company was amazing from start to finish. Every interaction with each employee was both pleasant and professional. I want to first give a shout out to the head of the company, Brian. He was extremely informative and responsive. I felt truly valued as a customer. Bonny and Erika in the office demonstrated great customer service and communicated effectively. Noah, who first came to my house to give me a quote, was very professional and listened to my concerns, as well as answering every question I had. Sonnie, Nate and Elias did a fantastic job with my new A/C install and were all around nice guys. The job was completed in a timely manner and they didn't rush anything. They made sure to take their time checking everything. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, fair prices and quality of work.

Rich arrived promptly. As all good men do, he got straight to work, in an attic, in the Florida heat. The issue was identified and it immediately fixed my unit. Rich went above and beyond to make sure, if there is an issue next time, that the relay fuse he installed is what needs to be replaced versus the larger part. No one wants to have to call a company over and over, however but I will certainly be using 3H AC and ask for Rich every time.

The technician Kevin was extremely thorough and transparent and everything that he did. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his skills. He did a great job doing the maintenance on my air conditioning and resolving an issue. I highly recommend Kevin and 3H air conditioning.

I called 3h to install my smart thermostat and check on my AC unit. Rich arrived early to his appointment and was extremely thorough. He worked quickly but explained everything that he was doing and had me up and running in no time. I will definitely call 3H again if I need AC maintenance!

Great experience from scheduling to the technician visit. Kevin was great, informed me the whole way and explained exactly the root of my issue, fixed promptly and saved me from another companies advice to replace the whole system. Highly recommend them as they were recommended to me!

Called yesterday as after a power outage my Daikin split level A/C would come on and work for 45 min. and shut itself off and could not gain control until the breakers reset. I called 3H AC and they said they were booked today but made an appointment for the next day but they would have a service repair man call me and walk me thru some troubleshooting to see what they could do. Well, they were able to diagnose and fix my AC without even coming to the house. It was fantastic service especially going the extra mile to help me get the house cooled down on such a hot day. I recommend 3H AC to anyone who needs A/C service. It is not often that a company goes the extra length to help out a customer and they did not charge me. This is my AC company for life and they have my loyalty for life! Thank you 3H AC!

I don’t normally write reviews because most of the time companies I’ve hired to do work in the past usually do the work they are hired to do and then go on there way. But the experience we had with 3H AC has been much different. My father is a disabled Vietnam veteran who has to be taken care of 24/7 by my mother and myself and the resent hurricanes that flooded there home and ultimately destroyed everything we owned and caused some very difficult problems.for us.I called H3 AC in Tampa and not only did they come out to our home which was over an hour away from there warehouse but they came immediately to assess the damage but also found major design flaws and issues from the prior ac company that caused horrible electric bills and an inefficient ac system. Kevin Kubachi , Brian Hebert and all the employees treated our family like we were part of there family.. i feel fortunate to have gotten my family's home looked over and redone be H3 AC .With everything involved and all the hard working employees it took to coordinate the amount of work needing to be done after the floods is truly amazing , I appreciate you all and would recommend 3H vac company to anyone. My family appreciates all the hard work they did and after the job was done Kevin even stopped back over to check up on my father and even sat and talked with him to keep him company after work was done. H3Ac are amazing and top notch at what the do.

Kevin did a great job doing the maintenance service on my ac. Other companies would try to upsell me when they did the maintenance. Kevin did not do that, he was very honest and explained everything to me. 3H AC will be the company I stay with from now on.

My AC stopped suddenly, and the technician gave me step-by-step instructions so that I could repair it by myself without paying the labor fee. Now my A/C is running like new again, and my house feels so much cooler. I’m really happy with how efficient it is too. If you need any A/C work done, I definitely recommend giving 3H AC a call. Nick did an amazing job! He was kind and respectful. I work from home in an open area where he would have to pass me to get to the access, this man worked quietly and efficiently. My child made more noise than he did. He also did a great job cleaning up and made sure nothing was out of place before he left. Thank you for the great work Nick! I am very satisfied with the service that 3H AC provided. Thank you to the company office staff, the owner and service techs. Jeremy did an excellent service call 3 years ago and an emergency call this past week by Kevin who completed a diagnostic test and had the AC working for my elderly mom by 30 minutes with full explanation of the problem and the course of action, step by step he completed to remedy the issue and have cool air once again.
