After having a new condenser and air handler installed had multiple problems with system I had multiple technicians come out and system was never working properly I had a. Very knowledgeable technician Jayme Piloto come out and he repaired a leak and charged the system with intelligent procedures I was very impressed my system is working perfectly I am thankful that the system is working the way it should be he took his time and did it right would highly recommend him for any service call I am now a happy customer Thanks again Jayme Piloto for all your help . Dylan M came out and diagnosed and assessed our system extremely quickly. Truly, it was practically instant! And we were quite desperate as our AC had suddenly stopped in 85 degree weather. Couldn’t be more impressed with AND services! Joey was able to diagnose the issues with my main electrical panel for my home and really made it easy to understand the repairs that were needed. The company as a whole was easy to work with and explained every step of the process to me to get my power issues fixed. I would recommend to anyone!

The HVAC technician David was exceptional. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced my AC unit, and made recommendations for upgrades that would extend the life of my unit. He took time to actually clean the unit (not the typical rush job), and was not pushy with upsales. I will most definitely be calling And services in the future.

Andrei and the team at AND Services did an excellent job with the electrical installation for our outdoor sauna. Andrei came out and provided a free, detailed quote, walked through the setup clearly, and answered all of our questions upfront.

Romeo was awesome! He arrived quickly & thoroughly diagnosed our AC. Romeo explained the issue, provided an exact cost estimate for the repair, & had the necessary parts in his vehicle. Once repaired we asked for & Romeo gave a quick tutorial on better practices to keep the AC in top shape.

Joey was on-time, relaxed, took time to listen to what I was looking to get done and answered all my questions to my satisfaction in a clear concise manner. He offered suggestions as to how to get the job performed in an efficient and effective manner, answering questions about each alternative and what each offered me. There was no pressure on me to make a decision. He is returning tomorrow to get the job done. I would suggest that he is definitely the man to talk to and I expect I will be 100% satisfied with the work he performs tomorrow.

I thoroughly recommend this company. My unit had somehow lived for a year after being flooded by Helene but it was time for a new one. Rick came out and explained all my options thoroughly without any pressure. Trey and Matteo came out and worked non stop to install and then left my area cleaner than it was before they got here.
